I really didn't expect this place to be such a hostile environment, there's some toxic people here but i'm glad everyone isn't like this. Thank you to the 1 genuine response iv'e had from this forum.
Tell us who you are and what academic institution you are studying at and you might find us less so but I'm guessing you won't.
The thing is - you have no credibility. A number of people are university educated here, so know that you are full of crap.
a) You don't wait 3 weeks before your thesis is due to do a survey. A thesis usually takes 1-2 years, and this is something that would be done at the beginning. Unless this is an undergraduate course, in which case calling it a 'diseration' is not the correct term to describe what you are writing, but rather a paper. b) Your questions are too generic to derive any meaningful data. The only one that appears somewhat detailed (perhaps disguised to hide your true intent) - is - "which stock clip sells the best and go into detail".
Just an FYI... dissertation is the correct term for a final year paper in the UK.

Download an older version of AE and render a video as Quicktime... PNG+Alpha. I think you want CC2014 or before to make sure PNG is an output option.

As the Arctic gets warmer and warmer, the severe weather picks up, Dr. Cohen said.
and a different climatologist says
The frequency of cold waves have decreased during the past fifty years, not increased. That alone shows that such claims are baseless, Mass said.

Surely not all 'severe weather' constitutes cold waves, so it's possible for there to be an increase in severe weather while still having a decrease in cold spells?

I upload to all the ones you've mentioned. The last three I wouldn't have bothered if I knew then what i know now.
DepositPhotos generates 0% of my total revenue. 123RF generates about 0.1% of my total revenue MotionElements generates about 1% of my total revenue.
You might do better you never know. The only one you haven't listed which generates me more than 1% is iStock, which comes in at 3% of my total revenue... but the commission split is terrible and they're far from the best of agencies, so it's up to you whether you give them a try or not.

What frame rate are you shooting in and what settings are you exporting in?

Well the prices went from $49 to $79... so their USP was that they were $30 cheaper than most other places. Now they're the same price as most other places, so people may as well shop around. Probably other reasons as well, but I'm sure that has a bit of an impact.

As always, unnonimus is slightly correct... but mainly completely wrong.

I've noticed for the past couple of weeks that when I go to the submit.shutterstock.com site the page won't load and it says unsecure site next to the web address. Then, when I refresh the page, it loads and brings up the https version of the address. Not sure if it's related, but had never encountered that before a couple of weeks ago.

What does it matter? There's absolutely no benefit to you at this stage knowing how they found out you had two accounts... other than if you're looking for tips on creating two more accounts without them getting found out. When asked if you've ever created another account you should have said 'yes' and explained what you explained to us... but it's a bit late for that now.

Sure do.

Yeah, if you've got the business account version then the $3 changes to $50/$100.

Heard something similar the other day... the person was on a business account and hadn't used it for a certain amount of months, so was charged a non-usage fee. Could be that?

...the reason would probably be to escape the 30% tax on US earnings. Russia/Ukraine won't have a tax treaty with the US, EU countries do.
Did you just make that up?! The withholding rate for Spain is 5%... the withholding rate for Russia is 0%.

First, you're not thinking globally and the agencies are (more or less) global in their sales. Friday in the US is Saturday in Australia for example. Generally, in my experience, Saturday in the US is the worst day of the 7 as it's a day off for most people that day.
I assume you're thinking about consumer uses of stock versus business uses, but I haven't seen any content differences, just volume ones. That's probably going to vary depending on portfolios.
But even if you could get an answer to this question, what use would it be?
Who are you to tell me that I'm not thinking globally? Do you know me? Do you know how much it's my effort in stock market photography?
If you judged me by my portfolio, sorry to disappoint you but you are completely wrong about me!
Alright calm down! If you've put so much effort in, then you'd think you'd know the answer to such a simple question. (Note to self: don't help cicerocastro... he'll take it the wrong way and kick off.)

Anyway who in their right frame of mind wants to survive on micro-stock alone, keep uploading junk all day long, every day like a blue arsed fly, checking sites every 5 minutes and diving on the Alka-Seltzer if the going is bad anf then finally after every schitzophrenic search-change get suicidal!
Some may do it that way, I limit myself to two days of work a week. One if I can get away with it. At 40, I'm entering my twilight years, so like to take it easy.

thats my question. If you make money selling photos and videos on microstock tell us your secret, can I spend my full time to upload all my stock? worth it to leave my current job? tell your secret!
Enviado desde mi BND-L21 mediante Tapatalk
The secret is a four letter word.
Starts with "W". Ends with "K". And in between, contains the letters "OR".
Wordmark?! Ah wait... four letters, sorry.
