also, not that this may mean much, but the last 5 reviews on alexa for IS (since sept 12 2010) are all 1 star, angry and wouldn't recommend to their friends.
You really hope IS takes some notice of these things, otherwise I can only see them dropping more positions like has happened for BaldricksTrousers.

according to alexa...
1 month 0.245% -2.9% Change in Reach % over the trailing 1 month period 3 month 0.2564% -11.4% Change in Reach % over the trailing 3 month period
if you look at the graph on alexa, they seem to have hit their lowest point in two years (the only other point that comes close is the 2011 end of December period, which is usually terrible all round)

Hey miguel,
Lots of good suggestions so far. I also use Adobe Bridge, and sort files into submission folders
eg: Submission 1, Submission 2 etc based on when they were uploaded. So get a batch of images ready, create new submission folder and upload them.
Find it works for me.

email their support with the file id's and they do it for you. I've done it a few times and they are extremely quick, usually down in a day or two.

I wish I could have given you a real alternative with Warmpicture. I did my best, but in the end it was a Fail on my part.
You did do your best, and you put a lot of time and $$ into it. I don't see it as your fail. First of all, you're battling corporations with gazillions of $$ behind them in the SEO department. The K-Tools fail sounds like it really put the final nail in the coffin. I'm truly sorry it didn't work out for all of us, especially you.
edit: I am assuming you are saying it's over. I respect whatever decision you make. Hopefully there is some way to bounce back?
I agree with Jo Ann - this is definitely not a FAIL on your part!
+2. It's admirable how much work you have put in Dan. My hat's off to you. While the rest of us just continue to complain about the direction of microstock, you took it upon yourself to DO something about it.
I'm very sad if it's come to an end, but it may have been too quixotic a thing to undertake.
Great use of quixotic...!

Can anyone remember when the RC info was released for 2012, before the updated info later in the year? Just wondering when we should expect to hear what the levels are roughly.
hmmm, wonder if lobo will sneak in here and crush me for asking....

All thumbnails should be 5400x3600 pixels with no watermarks. Extended licenses should be cheaper than normal rf licence Each image requires 9 categories to be assigned from a 14 layer dropdown structure The page size should be arranged so that even on a 50 inch screen you have to scroll across Descriptions shall have every second letter A cApItAl AnD iN a DiFfErEnT CoLoUr Model releases must be submitted on stone tablets When you submit images you have to tick a yes or no box for every keyword to accept it. The tickbox should be placed over the cancel upload button and when you go to click on it moves. All images priced in Vanuatu Vatu's Every photo you have to assign the GPS location, date and time in roman numerals Every photo needs to split into quarters in photoshop and submitted separately. Crapstocks mega stitch engine will join them back together in a random order. Sometimes merging from other contributors photos. All photos directly uploaded to pirate bay anlong with your passport and social security number
Ha! Ah wow, I don't think I have ever yet laughed out loud to myself in this forum, but this did it. LOVE these suggestions.

June - what a surprise! Thought this was meant to be a slow month but thanks to good sales at SS, Veer, amazing month at Alamy and quite a few EL's at various sites turns out to be a BME by quite a bit (and thats without the iStock PP sales yet to come). So pretty happy really. HUGE improvement from 1 yr ago.

1500 images online and all of a sudden no sales in 10 DAYS! Never happened since joining them. What on earth is going on!?
Anyone else experiencing this?

Hey congrats Phillip! Yeah I've had a couple on the front page in recent months too, no sales from them being on display though.
However, I have had a couple of nice sales this year at Zoonar, and the higher prices make it worthwhile. I am hoping they continue to have sales in the long run.

Looking to be about an average month for me. Had some very dry days, but then some good ones too. Nothing too 'messed up' from my end. Not breaking any records, but just keeping steady.

That's awesome! My ELs have completely dried up since April (never gone so long without one), so it's good to hear high-dollar sales are still happening. Congrats!
I hear ya Karimala, no EL's in May for me got me starting to worry, just got one this week to put my mind at ease, as well as a few of those $16.80 ones. OD's are high this month too, but nothing like a $120 sale! Great to hear!

No worries I've often freaked myself out with finding my work on random sites. Thank goodness for that listing here on MSG to clear things up!

Also, saving out of Illustrator only gives you a maximum JPEG quality of 10 instead of 12 (at least on my end using CS5 - is that right, or am I missing something?).
I would think that going the Photoshop approach and saving as jpeg quality 12 should help with these sorts of banding problems rather than make them worse.

Wouldn't bother with them. Never seen such consistently low (and infrequent) sales and amazingly unrealistic reviewing. I gave up on them ages ago too.
