Ok, I wrote a message to Pedro Lima https://www.facebook.com/pedrolimaofficial and I was contacted by a representative of the singer. They thought that they bought the copyright of my video project from videohive.net. I've explained them that they didn't buy my copyright, and showed the Envato license terms. They apologized and said that they will report to VEVO about that and will notify me.

I mostly agree, but again, the affiliation with Shutterstock is the funding mechanism - for both sites, actually. Complaining to Shutterstock may get them to crack down.

I work to sell with over 20+ microstock site, and in this year I added a new one! vendorstocks.com It looking good one, upload only 187+ items, a month and sold 12 items. I found it on google search, but it missing on Microstock Poll Results, so I think it would be really great if these sites were added to the poll
Vendorstocks offer low rate price from others, so buyers are also like to buy from vendorstocks. Vendorstocks approved only good quality items, I upload over 400+ image, but get 150+ approved. But my all items are approved by many others microstock. Vendorstocks good for buyers to get the quality items with low price rate.
really? can you share a screenshot which shows you got 12 sold items..

Yes I have avast antivirus and when I run Xpiks it scans the software automatically and then it closes. I think you are correct, this is some compatibility issue with my antivirus.

No, there isn't any kind of notification I get when it crashes.. It runs fine for a minute and closes, automatically....
I have runned it as admin, and I see its working fine.. I will keep you updated if it closed again.. thanks

I wish there should be some strict measure taken for such culprit.
Its not just we who are surrounded by such people, its big companies who looses millions of $$.
A software is launch after years of work and you get the pirated version after few days. Any game launch and you get the cracked version next day.
There need to be a strict law for such things. People nowadays know very well how to play with DMCA.

First.. These are too basic at those price and they have very less potential to earn at such marketplace..
second.. why would anyone pay you $2-$5 and still with no access to the agencies.. main company is shutterstock and you are already there..

You can see the gross agency cut just by looking at the royalties they pay us, but profit (meaning what they earn after their costs are deducted) is something you can only see for a public company - Shutterstock is the only one right now. They have links to their financial filings on their investor pages
