When i am looking for the site (www.Shutterstock.com) i receive "Oops! This page appears broken."

What is going on with Shutterstock?

My mistake!
Rules are changed!

Vectors

    Vectors must be placed in a ZIP archive, along with a JPEG preview.
    AI and EPS are supported vector formats.
    To ensure maximum compatibility, please save your vectors in a format compatible with earlier versions of Adobe Illustrator (for example, Illustrator 10).
    Preview resolution must not be less than 5000 x 3000 (15 million pixels).
    Files must be less than 2 megabytes.
    You need to be the author of the files uploaded on Fotolia.
    Do not upload files with logos or other protected trademarks.
    Vectors should be creative, detailed and clean (simple vectors lacking creative details will be refused).
    Do not upload vectorized images.

completely meaningless

Just wondering if it is really technical, or a sinking boat?

This is the message i receive when upload vectors since a week!
What is the problem?

I think use this debit card is wrong. 
PayPal is the best.

Sample: from $230 on my debit card i get only about $160.

I received mail from crestock:

The Crestock image collection is continuing to grow bigger and better!

But why my pics are waiting two months ?
