ok, thanks!

I wonder how a mistake like this could ever happen...
#2
I had some ELs turned into 28 cents too... So they were a mistake? They were actually 28 cent downloads?
#3
I don't have one either... I don't need it or get it at my income level.
#4
I don't know what to say... I'll be losing hundreds of Dollars if the October earnings were actually supposed to be more like the November earnings...

I don't resubmit anymore... too much work. Take it or leave it.

I took from that email that I'll continue getting my 38cents per dl.

Ok, good to know it isn't just me... I have stuff waiting since the first week of August as well.

You sell XXXL at SS for .025-0.38$ no?

ETA:  I guess Shutterstock raised their rates, I got a negative for this.  Please do tell me what an XXXL subscription sale goes for these days?

My royalty per download is higher on Shutterstock than on istock. And Shutterstock sells like 10 times more.

About the same number but way lower return.

I'll wait with uploading my new images till they have completed the transition to the new collection structure.

It's unbelievable really!!!!   >:(

I'm not going to upload to them until they fix their collections and my files have a chance to move to a normal priced collection.

I had one as well  :)

The mere existence of this new agency and concept as well as our enthusiastic response to it is a win already! Many apparently are prepared to pull their images from other sites for this. Finally there is some pressure on the ever downward spiralling earnings on other sites.

Bruce is a brand already. He has an awesome start with lots of experience ahead of him. This could skyrocket and everyone smells it. Exciting times!

Same here. I think we're going to get extra screwed on this. Probably make us start out at the lowest rate.

Well I am a bridger and while I get the 38cents rate on SS I will be level 1 and get only 25 cents on BS. Don't see why i should keep my portfolio on BS.

Horrible. I get 38 cents per sub-dl on Shutterstock. I didn't use the bridge to Bigstock, to get less money there.

Wow, they are now putting up to 3k x 3k up there!

OMG!! Just when you think it cannot get any worse...  :'(

Am I the only one who's afraid of ELs on Thinkstock etc. now?   ???

Don't know about anybody else but I've been getting quite a few "image is not in focus........etc" rejections recently, and all of the files are perfectly in focus and have been accepted at every other agency, I'm wondering if the reviewers are allowing enough times for the files to load.

Sent an email to support but got the usual response i.e. none.  ::)

I have noticed an increase of these rejections as well. And the images are perfectly in focus and accepted everywhere else.
