I also received mail that my tax form had expired and I managed to log in, but when I filled in a new tax form I can not electronically sign.

We wanted to let you know that we are planning to retire the Stockxpert platform and are removing all Stockxpert images from our websites and distributors that license the Hemera collection, including Thinkstock by Getty Images. We expect to have this complete by the end of December.

As a result, this is our notification that your Stockxpert agreement is terminated effective January 1, 2018.

Final Payment
Affiliate licenses will be reported to us in early 2018 and a final payment will be made by June 30, 2018. All remaining balances will be paid, including balances that do not meet the payment minimum, as part of the final payment.

Always the same story, at some point, some contributors stopped selling without any explanation and logic, It happens in almost all stock agencies, I have not sold one video since October and I am sending it to the Pond5 since 2011 and every month I had a sale.

Yesterday they sent me a earnings I'm waiting for from August, but there are still a few dollars left to be sent by the end of June 2018.

Still waiting for payment request on August, whether it's worth sending mail to Istock or Getty ?

My Tax form and address missing.

I receive this e-mail today : "Our system had an issue with all Payoneer and Paypal payments this month. We are looking into the issue immediately and will provide you an update as soon as we have information about when your payment will be issued."

I mean on Payoneer.

I don't receive earnings on Payoneer.

I still waiting for January payment.

I waiting one month.

I receive money now , after two days waiting, maybe something wrong with Skrill.

I received a notice from Stockxpert that 04.11 transferred money to Skrill, but there is no money, does anyone else have this problem? I wrote to support but still no answers.

Is there and opportunities for payment through Skrill or Payoneer ?

From 6 June I don't have any sales on Dreamstime, I have 57oo files and 11ooo downloads and after 9 years this situation is big disappointed. 

I'm waiting from 25 November, 2 times send e-mail, no answer.
