Hi Mat

Am really hoping you follow this thread as I can't seem to resolve my issue through the usual channels. My previous redemption code is about to expire and I have a blue banner saying I'm eligible for a new one but when I click on it I get the message "APO codes not available for this product". I currently have the Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan. I sent a message via the "contact us" page 3 weeks ago but haven't received a reply and twice tried the online chat but they've been unable to help me. I now only have 3 days left to apply a new code so am really hoping you can advise me before I lose access to PS

You don't need to set up new account. Once you received an invitation email, you can log in to ESP using your iStock email as username and iStock password.

I had the same issue, you need to follow the link in the email to set up a new account but make sure you use a different email address for your user name.  I now have 2 ESP accounts - one for my old Flickr account and a new one for iStock.  Hope that helps

That didn't work for me, I could only see information about the Flickr account.  I had to create a new account to see anything from iStock.

Yesterday I finally got a reply from a real person who solved the problem in an instant by including a new link for me to click which accepted the original invitation that I had never received.

Then today I got another message from them which confuses things slightly in having another link for me to accept the invitation (I am ignoring it). This message also includes the words "Due to an error on our part you did not receive this invitation, please accept our apologies for this delay..." It always grated with me that they didn't seem to be accepting that it was their F-up.

Hang in there, Madman, they'll get to you soon...

At least I can now keep an eye on them as I let this company fade out of my life.

I also received a mail in witch they appologise for the problems and send me a link where i can set up my esp account but when i put my email adress it says that its allready in use and that i should sign in if i have the wright credentials....I folow the link and in the end its the same error that i get. I even reset the password and still the same error occurs.........its the 7th email and the situation is exactly the same as before....what GETTY ????

Has there been any progress on the files marked "processing"?

I have probably over 100 images stuck like this since I joined last September, I don't want to re-submit them as it would take ages to identify them all.

I opted out of the Dollar Photo Club over a year ago, but I've just noticed that my entire portfolio, including recent uploads, is available there.

I've checked my preferences and they are still set at "opt out".  I've sent them a message asking why this is, but it might be worth others checking to make sure their images aren't also showing on there.

I would just like to voice my support for Jo Ann, I follow the forums but don't often post because contributors like her and Sean are usually there looking out for contributors interests and asking any questions that need asked.

I am loving Canva so far, but please don't dismiss her concerns, as many other people are probably feeling the same way.

Leo, just wanted to add that the image I attached in my previous post now links ok to my site, but newer images (from a couple of days ago) which I didn't change the title of do link to the sitemap, (as do some older ones).

So, not really sure what is causing the problem at all now.

10
Thanks Karen, I didn't realise that the old forum was back up again.

Leo, thanks for the nice comments.  I've just done the same search and when I click on "visit page" every image just shows the sitemap.  I've tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer on my pc, and also my son's laptop and still get the same result.

I've attached a couple of screenprints of what I see.  If anyone else could spare the time to try the same search I'd be really grateful.

Thanks very much

It's only the images where I changed the title, and it only started happening with images uploaded since the end of September, so at least it's not all of them.

I've already posted on the Symbiostock forum, so hopefully Leo will be along soon.

Thanks for your help anyway

Hi Chromaco

I always process to draft and then make any changes before publishing/posting so I don't think that is the problem.  I know next to nothing about sitemaps but I thought that they were automatically re-submitted every so often, when I look at the Google Webmaster Tools page it says that the sitemap (symbiostock_image_sitemap_1.xml) was processed at today's date.

13
I've just been checking whether my recent uploads were appearing in a Google image search and have discovered that when I click "visit page" instead of linking back to my site quite a few of them link to the Symbiostock site map with the error "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

I've tried to do a bit of research to see what could be causing this and it seems to have started at the end of September last year and only affects images where I have changed the image title after uploading but before initially publishing.

I've no idea how to fix this and would appreciate any suggestions (I did post this on the Symbiostock forum but I haven't seen much activity there for quite a while)

Thanks very much

Thanks for all the replies, I've sent a complaint to Zazzle with a link to my images, saying that I don't believe that I've sold a licence allowing POD.  I'll wait and see what happens!

15
I can't seem to find a way to contact the sellers (I have since found a couple more) on Zazzle and I don't want to post a DMCA notice without being certain that it is justified.  My main concern was that the seller may have purchased the image from a site that allows POD with an extended licence, and for some reason I thought Fotolia allowed this although now I don't know where I found that before!

Just had another look on Fotolia and it seems to say that buyers cannot grant a sub-licence or use the images for POD

Does anyone know of any other sites that might allow POD with an extended licence?

Sorry to resurrect this old thread, but I have exactly the same question and can't seem to start a new thread.  I've just found a calendar made up of mostly all my photos being sold on Zazzle, but as I sell through about 10 microstock sites I don't want to send a notice if any of the sites actually allow "print on demand".  Does anyone know, thanks in advance
