If you find, that there is some mistake in number of downloads, please send me an email, or to customer support, we will do some investigation and try to correct it within hours. We really don't want to upset you or deny your money. We want to be your friends, but we are also only people, so mistakes can happen. But we will definitely try hard to fix them to make you satisfied
Understand please, that by uploading photos to Pixmac you've agreed, that you will let them there for one year at least - I can explain this to you. Acceptation of image is not free for us. It costs time of people and also disk space, connectivity, server time, etc. So we'd like you to give us at least one year try to sell as much of your photos as possible. So I'd like to kindly ask you not to remove keywords from your photos and give us a chance. We are trying really hard.
As for the subscription prices, I'm not the right guy to answer this question, but be sure, that we know this was a mistake a we are already implementing something new and I think you will be satisfied.
