New to fotolia, start early this year. Hardly make any sales. I put the same keywords as other sites, but no body view them. don't know why? same as dreamstime? But other site was doing ok. 
Why is that? What does Dreamstime and Fotolia sale best? Am I put the wrong images?
it's not you, it's them. New images just have a really hard time selling at Fotolia.
Thank you. Good to know there is not some thing wrong with my images. Do they know that? They should fix it.

Transmit on my Mac Pro, Cyberduck on my MacBook. why different? because I was too lazy to look up the registration code for Transmit when I reformatted the MacBook and just grabbed the free Cyberduck. Both are great, but yes, the yellow duck icon is very appealing. 
I've also used WSFTP and Filezilla when I was on windows platform. They are all pretty similar. - better than comand line - which is what I've also used in the past.
Hi, I am just start using Cyberduck, is very cute and easy to use, but can it uploads images to all the sites at once? Thank you.

I dropped exclusivity shortly after the announcement in 2009.
the download is not so bad, but the pay is very low now.

You can configure every channel for auto-submission using "Channels -> Preferences" dialog. Thus, everything you upload will be automatically assigned and delivered to that channel.
As for BigStock I thought we've solved that problem last week. Do you still have this issue if you upload an image today?

Hi,
I upload few images to light burner, it went to all the stock sites but bigstock. I wait for few days, but still nothing at the pending folder. How long took it to be on the site?
Also one more thing, when I upload the image it only select dreamstime, I have to select other site one by one. Is there a way to make it auto select all the site?

Woooo. that is hard to answer. for Istock is 50%. the boy very small. but than again he is the only one in the picture, is not like you trying to take landscape image but there is always going to be people over there.

I purchased both my Lightroom and Photoshop directly from Amazon wiythout any proglens at all. Amazon right now is one of the largest distributors of software. If you buy from them or another large company such as MacMall you will not have to worry about it being pirated or counterfiet. Whil in China I was surprised on how many conterfeit software products I came across.
Is MacMall the safer online site to buy Adobe software? Where else can I go too? Thank you

I bought a copy of PhotoShop CS3 (maybe CS4) sold through Amazon about a year ago. New in the box, unopened, etc. Got it, installed it, and everything worked except one thing. The keyboard shortcuts would not work. I kept trying to reset them, and they simply would not work. I use the keyboard shortcuts for nearly EVERYTHING in PhotoShop... I couldn't even tell you where most things are in the menu.
I finally did some research and found out it was a bogus copy of PhotoShop. A very good bogus copy, as it had all the look and feel of the real thing. It even came with the manual and the other expected documents in the box. It's just that the keyboard shortcuts wouldn't work.
I complained to the seller, and she gave me a story of how sometimes the provider doesn't realize that they're bogus and sells them to her. She did apologize and give me a refund, however!
I waited until Adobe themselves had a Christmas special on their site and bought PhotoShop directly from them. I didn't dare buy it from anyone else at that point.
So, just be cautious of the source.
It look like the only way for sure is legitimate is buy from adobe store. I have to wait for some one go the USA and bring one back for me. The price over here is just too much.

I am attending a local college and I can get an educational discount if I buy direct from Adobe. The CS5 Design Suite here in the US is $449. Here is a link:

The educational version is EXACTLY the same as a regular commercial version, just discounted for students and teachers. So I don't think buying an educational version is any problem as far as how the software works.
I believe you can only use the software for education purposes, not commercial purposes.
It takes about an hour to download and install a pirated version of CS5. There are plenty of torrents available and they work like a charm, usually.
If I got the pirated version, can adobe track it from my images on Istockphoto? Do JEPG have the tracking number for adobe to track it?

I would guess that at that price, assuming it's not pirated, it's the student/ education license. I would ask the seller as it doesn't seem to specify its the commercial license version (or whatever it's called). If it's the education it wont be for commercial use.
Thank you point it out, I sent the seller that question. and today I got reply and it say "This software is Educational discounted and is %100 identical to the commercial version Brand new in the box with Full Adobe Registration and Activation serial key on the product, you can activate it immediately for any purpose. You do not need anything to get your serial number, it is included and you can activate the software immediately. It is the same full version with all the features but at a cheaper price. There's not a lot of consistency among agencies for categories, so I handle those one at a time. And with the exception of iStock (which is exceptional in oh so many ways), every agency lets you upload a given release once and then select it from a menu for each image. Zoonar's also an exception; they just have you mark that there's a release available, but you don't have to send it to them.
Woooa, only istock is the one give me all this pain. I really need to look in different agency. Thank you very much, you rock~

[/quote] I'll answer the easy one. IPTC is the International Press Telecommunications Council. They defined a standard set of metadata that can be stored in image files. These can include image title, description and keywords. All the stock agencies (at least all the ones I know) will retrieve IPTC data from images you upload, so you don't have to specify all that stuff one at a time. There are many different applications that let you specify IPTC data, including various Adobe products. I edit mine with Graphic Converter, a very nice application for Mac OS. I will stop upload from the 28th sep for two month or longer. I will become non-Exclusive. Istock break my trust and who knows what they may do year after that.

I am exclusive on istock, Three days ago I was a very happy exclusive member. I still want to be exclusive, but if the new changing royalty structure are going to happen next year. I really have to think about it.
