Dreamstime.com / Opt out sell the rights?
« on: January 15, 2024, 15:37 »
I don't want to sell the rights to my photos. However, I accidentally have a number of photos online where this box is enabled. I know I can turn that off somewhere for my entire portfolio, but I can't find it anymore. Can anyone tell me where I can give that to?

New Sites - General / Re: Prodigar
« on: May 13, 2020, 15:47 »
Today, finally,  I received this message:

Francois has sadly passed away and I am his wife trying to sort his business out. As you can imagine, there would be a lot to do but I assure you your work will not be used in any manner.

Discussion closed, I suppose... Francois was the owner of this agency.

Thank you all for your reaction, also PI Pete 8)

Perhaps it is better to send a registered letter to the address in london with my requirement to delete my portfolio?

New Sites - General / Prodigar
« on: May 04, 2020, 02:49 »
Several years ago I received an e-mail from Prodigar. They want my portfolio in their agency. I decided to upload to them. I think there are about 15.000 images online (from a portfolio with 35.000 images) from me.Never sold anything, and this year I want to reduce the number of stockagencies where to submit.
So, I asked them tho remove my portfolio, several times. Never an answer. Then I was stupid, and removed my account, I hoped that my portfolio was connected to it, so it was removed after that action. Stupid, I know. I am out, and they keep my images online.

1. Is there anyone submitting to Prodigar?
2. What can I do in this case, anyone advice?

Ivonne

Yaymicro / Re: open file for a complaint against Yay micro
« on: January 20, 2020, 04:46 »
I was in contact via Yaymicro.com. I could login there, and once a year there where sales over the past year and I had some money. Now they are changed into Yayimages, and I have no account for that. nothing is working. I asked for a login, but nothing. There is a chat-screen, but nobody behind.
I really want to stop with my complete portfolio. Mailed to Irina, and to Jan, but nothing.
Very angry now, what to do  ::)

New Sites - General / Re: Zoonar tax form
« on: October 15, 2018, 15:59 »
Well, the Dutch form I tried. It starts with a "kenn-nummer" and no, that's no Dutch, and know idea what they are asking for. Nothing worked there, only error-messages :(

New Sites - General / Zoonar tax form
« on: October 15, 2018, 02:09 »
Hi, maybe this is not the right place, but I try.

I want to have a payout from Zoonar, but I get the message that I have to fill in a tax form. No problem, but I really don't know what to fill in. It's starts with a "kenn-nummer" (formulier is in Dutch, but this is no Dutch but German). Anybody has experience with the tax-forms of Zoonar? More than a week ago I asked Zoonar for help, but there is no response...

Shutterstock.com / Re: huge sales drop for new images
« on: June 19, 2018, 02:30 »
I have a portfolio of 30.000 images. My income is rather bad, because I am selling less and less, every month. I upload about 30 new images, every week, but at Shutterstock I almost never sell new images. Just old stuff. It's rare. At Fotolia I sell them both, old and new.

PhotoDune / Re: Anyone unworthy of Photodune yet?
« on: February 07, 2017, 06:41 »
I am kicked out too. about 50 dollar every month, and last year in october this:

Dear Ivonne Wierink, Congratulations! We love your files and have decided to make you PhotoDune's featured author of the week. You won't be featured until the 18th of October, but you already have the shiny new badge. Enjoy!

It's a kind of a dception, well, I can live without them  8)

Envato / Remove an image at Photodune
« on: October 30, 2015, 02:46 »
Hi everybody, hope you can help me.
I have sold the rights from an image (for 6 months, for 6 dollar ...) at Dreamstime (from that moment I say no for sell the rights for new uploads), and I have to remove this images at all the other agencies. I understand that. Removing this image at Photodune, I thought I had done. Yesterday I received a mail from Dreamstime, they had discovered that this images was not completely gone, and urged me to do so.

I did it yesterday at Photodune, but the image is still there. Contact is very difficult, it can take days before they answer my question. What to do?

I Love it to do the best work only in my most creative hours ;), and the less work (uploading) in the less creative ones ;)

And all I have dreamed about, like having the best gear, having my own studio, traveling around etc. etc. , I have it now, And I have the time to use and enjoy them  ;D

GLStock / Re: Is GraphicLeftovers dead?
« on: September 24, 2010, 11:51 »
So you're trying to submit something they don't accept, you don't get a response to a question that is clearly answered in he FAQ (which obviously you didn't bother to read), and that leads you to think the site is dead. Interesting.

Well for anyone concerned by the title of this thread, let me just add my own experience to the discussion and say that my earnings at GL have constantly been on the rise, and as far as I'm concerned the site is alive and thriving.
Well, actually, I could not find it in the faq, I really had tried to find. And I think that a helpdesk CAN give an answer, although it's in the faq? I am a well experienced stockphotographer, actually I live from it. I think a stock-agency can give an answer when there is a question, don't you think? When there is an issue about payment, they maybe also didn't answer? I prefer an open contact.

Well, thanks everone, I have my answer now  ::)

GLStock / Re: Is GraphicLeftovers dead?
« on: September 24, 2010, 11:44 »
Earnings have been very steady with them so far, but September earnings are drastically down for me for some reason. Despite that I uploaded 18 new images in late August :\ It's strange, but I hope sales will pick up soon. Maybe they've had a flood of new contributors after the royalty structure announcement at IS.

Thanks. Let's hope that they also have a flood on buyers  ;D. I think that many costumers sometimes needed images with persons, I don't think it's a good concept not to accept them. I have 11.000 images in my portfolio, I think to delete my account at Graphicleftovers. This is too much work for to little money, I am affraid.

GLStock / Is GraphicLeftovers dead?
« on: September 24, 2010, 07:45 »
Hi, Is there anybody who is having contact with graphicleftovers? I wanted to start upload my portfolio there, but can't find something about a Modelrelease. Uploading an image from a person, it's denied because of recognizeble face. Yes, I knew that ;)
I mailed several times to them, but no answer for weeks now. I think about deleting what I uploaded till now. Any advice?

Regards, Ivonne
