Hey folks,

i am veeery happy to let you know about the improved Pixendr app for android! For me, the biggest pain in the ass in the submission process was the keywording. Now this is a piece of cake with automatic keywording in Pixendr. Watch this 2 minutes tutorial or download the app from here

Oh, if you wonder if using app is safe, you can count on encrypted communication and great security in the app to protect your private data!

Your feedback is highly appreciated!

General - Stock Video / Stock movies with smartphone?
« on: February 12, 2016, 11:53 »
Hello guys,

Do you make movies with a smartphone? Are smartphone movies seeling?

Hey folks

I am now adding more and more agencies in Pixendr app I would be happy to know where do you submit pictures so I can add them in the app. We are currently working to integrate Alamy and more agencies that suport ftp upload. So, any ideas of agencies?

Guys, I cannot tell you how happy I am. In January my upload rate increased exponentially How is that possible? Well, I was always bored by this metadata stuff, especially the keywording. But now, everything is history. I released a special app for android users so you can upload pictures from your smartphone, your Google drive account or Dropbox to your favorite agencies via ftp. I also created a secret tool that will give you suggestions for keywording. You can add 50 relevant keywords in 10 seconds. This in not work anymore, is just fun! And I feel like uploading again!
Of course I am planning to make some money of this app, but not planning to sell it. The app will stay free for ever but will have to introduce some ads later (not too annoying, though!). Please help me spread the word about it, download it, play with it, let me know what features you would like in it.

Download it from here

Please help me keep the app free: share it on social networks and give it a good rating if you like it. Thank you!

Shooting a picture was always fun for me. But the submission process (keywording, adding title, description, uploading with various apps and so on) was a painful experience. Probably that's why people don't realy do it mobile. So, I fixed it!
I built Pixendr app, primarly as a tool for myself. I love to make pictures with my Galaxy S6. It has an amazing camera and you can make stunning pictures. Some examples here
For this app I need your help. It works excellent on my Samsung but it might be not so good on other devices. If you would like to join and help me with testing it would be great.
What you can do with Pixendr app:
-select pictures from camera roll/device gallery
-add title, description
-add keywords (receive keywords suggestions and easy add them to the image)
-upload via ftp to your accounts at Shutterstock, Fotolia, Dreamstime, Bigstock, Pond5, 123RF, Depositphotos, Canstock with a single tap! (more to come)

If you want to improve it, or have your request for specific features, post here! And please, help me test the app. You can do it here

Mobile Stock Photogrpahy - General Discussion / Pixendr on Android
« on: September 30, 2015, 06:16 »
For those of you who don't know, Pixendr is an iPhone app that submits a picture to several agencies at once via FTP with minimum effort. I am planning to build and Android app but I am curious if any of you would be interested to use it and/or join the beta group. If yes, leave a comment here or fill in the form on our website.

I think it would be great to share each others about the apps we use for stock. Best apps for shooting / editing submit and so on.

My personal workflow (on Android) is shooting with system camera app, edit in snapseed, resize with Photo Editor (best options for resizing task) and upload with Shutterstock and maybe some other stock apps. How about you?

I think is time to have a dedicated section for the mobile stock photography. Discussions about workflow, smartphones good for stock, apps and so on. By the way, are you shooting mobile?

I need some help. I want to start uploading more content for agencies as much as possible with as little effort as possible. I don't plan to use any paid services now, at least not in the first phase. What are your recommendations? Any suggestion is more than welcome: picture management, editing (Photoshop or Lightroom?), uploading tools and so on. Which step is more time consuming? Thank you.

Microstock Services / Yay, pixendr app released for iPhone!
« on: June 16, 2015, 11:47 »
Dear friends,

we are soooo happy to announce the release of Pixendr app. Pixendr is the only app that distributes pictures from your camera roll directly to your favorite stock agencies. In your account, of course. Add login credentials in your app (for security reasons, they are stored in your device only), select pictures you want to sell, add a title and description and some keywords. We know, keywords are essential for selling, that's why there is a keyword suggestion feature and it works nicely. That's all. Because agencies don't accept integration of 3rd parties, we have to submit via ftp. But we share a secret with you: we are already working to add more agencies where upload and submission will be done without extra effort. You hit upload and wait for money to come in.

Download the app from App store and tell us your opinion. The app is free and will stay free. Period! Your feedback and suggestions are highly appreciated.

Software - General / Pixendr - the app to sell everywhere
« on: October 17, 2014, 06:00 »
Hey guys and girls,

We are a team of fresh developers building a new app for you. As you already notice, big agencies have already their own app but there is no app to submit the same picture to all major agencies simultaneously. That's why we are creating now Pixendr, an app that will allow you to select pictures from your device or iCloud, assign a title, description and keywords and submit it in your account to agencies where you are already selling. Our question is, what features would you like to have in the app? What do you need to sell pictures directly? Any ideas, crazy or not, just throw them here!
