I have been rejected several times in shutter and fotolia images by trademark. Images are similar to these:

However, if you search the word "emoji" in Shutterstock or Fotolia, you receive hundreds of thousands of results.

My question is: can these types of images be uploaded or not?

In the adobe stock forum there is a very interesting thread for those who do 3d. How far can you go using items bought in stores like evermotion and having explicit permission to sell it in microstock?
