I have been using the Premiere Pro version and After Effects version of the NeatVideo plugin since NeatVideo first made it available. At the time there was nothing else like it to salvage otherwise unusable footage.
NeatVideo has been more than worth its price and I think Ive had to purchase upgrades once (maybe twice) over a decade.
If looking at getting something today, Id get trial versions and compare the cost, the quality of the results, and how well it integrates into my existing workflows.

Adobe stock does a pay per credit thing. You buy credits and spend them on stuff. If you have a subscription level set I think that stuff can just automatically keep buying credits.
Most stock websites have either a pay a subscription fee and download all you want, or a no subscription fee, and pay per use of each item. Both have their uses, I have found that adobe's stock elemetns are very high quality and very well organized, but their browsing experience isn't the bessst.
Generally I look at the monthly subscription fee places first, then if I can't find what I want go to adobe, and if I must lisence the thing for the one time price. If you're making art to sell and generate 100's of thousands of dollars, 10 bucks per image is nothing. If you're making a video for youtube that has no likelyhood of earning any money, 10 bucks per image could be an expense not worth it.

But payments from SS don't have the $3 fee. I think the difference is you can request payment at anytime at AS vs you have to wait for SS to pay you.

BTW, Payoneer is introducing $29.95 annual fee in some countries if your total received payment is less than $2000 per year. If you're subjected to the fee, you will be notified through the notifications section when you log-in, no email about it.

To check which countries are affected (strangely New Zealand is listed but there are no details).

So if I dont have more than 2000usd in my account theyll charge me 29.99usd for me to pay them forcefully for just having an account open with them?? Tf? Are they just trying to run their company down the drain at this point or what?

Selling Stock Direct / Re: Selling at Own Website

I personally use WordPress on my own domains. I'm no web guru but once I got it set up it's very easy to maintain.

I also leverage Sunshine Photo Cart if I need to do a simple sellable gallery, and WooCommerce for adding an actual shopping cart for things that need a checkout flow.

And, if I want to reskin and redesign it all, I can do that without losing all of the content I've built.

I have it hosted on a shared hosting account, which also has a free SSL cert. It sounds crazy and hairy, but it's simple, and works well.

Also, you may find wordpress development services helpful if you're not a pro.
