Hello Everyone
Thank you for your submissions to UltimatStock.
We are a new site and appreciate all the feedback from our contributors. We are experiencing technical difficulties with users using WinSCP and advise users to try FileZilla for FTP uploads.
Based on the user experience we will be implementing the following in the coming weeks and will keep you posted on the progress.

Change interface for editing to enhance user experience 4. Instructions for CSV. 5. Instructional videos using UltimatStock for both sellers and buyers. 6. FTP access for Videographers. 7. Ability to change display name in My account. 8. Ability for users to write about themselves and have the option to display to the public.
Thank for your support as we continue to work with our developers to ensure your experience is an enjoyable one.

Hello Everyone,
Buyer traffic is a critical factor for any stock agency. Why upload to an agency that can not be seen? What are your marketing plans? what makes you different? these are questions every stock shooter should ask. We are a new stock agency and aim to provide a service for contributors and buyers to be happy with. We offer both Images and Footage. This makes us a one stop shop for the buyer and user. Why buy Images from one agency and go to anther for video? Although, agencies like IS and SS, P5 and many more offer this service, we aim to also provide a communication channel on the artwork with a cleaner design. Interlaced and 4*3 footage is still offered on many agencies, we are starting fresh with 1080p as a minimum.
Do we have a marketing plan for the next 10, 20, 30 years, of course we do. Can we be as successful as IS and SS, we believe we can. If there is no risk there is no success. This is why we only aim to keep improving based on what our contributors are suggesting, because at the end of the day, all our uploaders need to be happy and satisfied that their work is going to get noticed and to make sales.
Regarding our communication channel, our set up is designed more user friendly so that the user is not needing to click all over the place in order to get from A to B. This can be frustrating for people that are wanting to make professional connections with the contributors and buyers. Constant feedback from contributors will ensure we exceed industry standards. We appreciate all of your support.

We're sorry you may have found it difficult to understand our terms & conditions.
They weren't copied, they were prepared for us by our lawyers. We apologise as our development team has capitalised the terms as part of turning them into plain-text. This may have made some of the items more difficult to understand as defined terms that would be "Capitalised" are not obvious.
*"THE USER SHALL AUTHORISE USERS TO ACCESS ULTIMATSTOCK IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. THE COMPANY ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR ACCESS TO USER CONTENT BY USERS AUTHORISED BY THE USER OR USING LOGIN DETAILS OF USERS AUTHORISED BY THE USER"*
If the user authorises others to use their account, it's their responsibility and not Ultimatstock's. This is quite straightforward - "User" and "user" should be easier to distinguish if not in capitals.
"ULTIMATSTOCK IS THE PRODUCT DESCRIBED IN THE PARTICULARS. ULTIMATSTOCK IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE TO THE USER FOR THE TERM SET OUT IN THE PARTICULARS."
This makes it clear what Ultimatstock is, and that the User can only access it for the term set out in the particulars. In your instance, this is granted until the agreement ends.
"THE COMPANY MAY INTRODUCE NEW SERVICES WITH CORRESPONDING FEES BY GIVING THE USER WRITTEN NOTICE OF THEIR AVAILABILITY AND APPLICABILITY."
Yes, over time we may introduce new fees for different services. If we do so, we'll give you notice that they exist and how they apply. This is what all businesses do. You won't be charged anything without knowing about it and agreeing to it.
"USER MEANS ANY CONTRIBUTOR OR PURCHASER THAT USES ULTIMATSTOCK."
This is the correct definition of "User".
*You say that termination of the agreement is by written notice and is effective in 14 days - does that mean that contributors cannot deletetheir own content at any time? If not, why not?*
Termination of this Agreement has nothing to do with removing content. However as you agree that we may sell the content on your behalf, deleting content won't invalidate its use by other Users that have purchased it.

Hello, thank you everyone for your feedback. I will be talking with team members and developers, on current issues and experiences. Isolated images mentioned previously do require a release without a doubt, they are shots taken by another team member before releases were available. We are still in the early stages and any feed back is highly appreciated.

At this stage, payments made to contributors are through PayPal, we will also be implementing other payment methods in the near future for both contributors and buyers.

We are still in developing stages of our company and we welcome users to upload, and test the platform. We are currently in the process of adding further information on our site. We are located in Melbourne, Australia. We are a team of Photographers and Filmmakers who have been working with software developers, and marketing teams based in the U.S to launch this venture. Hope this explains your questions. Kind Regards

Unless you sell them as editorials

Progressive is the far better option, thinking years down the track, interlaced footage will most likely phase out.

Hi people, I have uploaded for the 5th time to istock, again to only get rejected. The first time I've uploaded, highly poor images, and after much research and shooting I was able to do some great stock quality shots only to be rejected. All the reasons for rejection are the same from the first time to the last time. My photo applications gets reviews within one hour. Ive uploaded to dreamstime which is very hard to get approved, and had approval only to get rejected by istock. Now a 3 month wait before I can re upload. Am I able to post up my images here, if someone can have a look.
Thank you in advance
