Also good to see you aren't low balling the price too much. You'll get better work for it. I believe that $299 is the lowest that you can price a logo on that site.
that's right. I've often went with that price but went with the middle price on this one as this site is a bit more established.
This site where you purchase contest is pure SCAM.

Why designs #104 and #27 are presented smaller in lenght than other longtail designs words? If they were same lenght like other designs they will definitely pop in you eyes.

I never understand that silly policy (upload limit I mean) from they side ... (At my start I realize that they are fags and *insult removed* in soul and behavior which escalate from month to month, year to year) It bothers me when I start with them and I have 100 or 300 images at other agencies and I want to equalize my port for easier tracking. After few months when I do that I never reach they stupid restrictions whatever they are 10, 15 or 20 or whatever per week because I never upload more than 50 images per month maybe few times in 6 years. But I recognize them from start as faggy gready *insult removed* at first place and they are just that. P.S. Sorry I was to polite above (because didnt go in details) but they are just most disgusting "agency" (they are not agency they change in contract that they are DISTRIBUTORS of our property) for me whatever they do now is pure green puke... cheers...

Quote: from Suljo: I just watching What a pile of crap from you mouth is slightly increased from page to page on this forum. I dont want to be clairvoyant but if I take look at this crappy thread after two days I will see eg. that upload limit of 160/week will be normal as is. > end quote >
Again, apologies that I can't check in here more often, but I do promise I'll follow up as much as I can.
I find suljo's post a bit confusing but I'll do the best I can here. Again, apologies if I'm missing the main message: Feel free to email me if I'm having translation issues and missing the real problems! I'll do my best to clarify
Suljo, the weekly upload limit for vectors on iStock currently starts at 40 uploads per week. I know our uploads have been posted here already but you can view them on the Xnet blog on iStock if you're interested in how they increase by canister.
Not really sure where '160/week' comes from. So to reply to your post: No, two days (or in this case two weeks) in, the numbers aren't 4x what we originally announced.
If they change, I promise I will do my best to post them here. But for now the weekly limits for a new contributor are indeed 40 a week, NOT 160 as Suljo posted. I hope this helps, and hopefully reduces confusion for newbies here. I'd hate for new contributors to think they were given 160 upload slots per week based on this post!
I believe his point was that upload limits would continue to rise until 160/week was the norm. I though t he was being paranoid, but I guess he was actually giving too much credit.
So who is PARANOID now? 999 per week haw haw

Hi,
Newbie here.
What is best way for uploading to multiple agencies on a Mac OS platform?
I downloaded Stockuploader the other day and it just crashed immediately, this scared me so I didn't try again - does it work?
I'm also trying/dabbling with Lightburner - quite confusing and badly documented - is it worth persevering with - any hints/tips?
I'm not interested in using a pay service (can't afford it).
All my Keywording etc is already sorted (in Lightroom) so just looking for an uploader.
Is it just as easy to simply use a FTP program that can access multiple servers simultaneously? If so, which Mac program can do this?
Many thanks for your help - this forum has made very useful reading!
Cheers
You can make automated uploads with Automator application which comes with OS. You must define Stock log in/pass at FTP application and then make action in automator. Then just clikckn run and you uploads starts to you all defined sites.

Holly shita cliparta.konj has 199 files in it gallery?! How it is possible if they/it have only as "bortonia" says: "File types each have different upload limits. The weekly limit for a vector contributor with a base canister is currently 40 per week." So only ONE month is passed and how the clipartdotcom has 199 images in they port??? Where is the math from you side??? Only that you uploading sh t from clipart for at least 5 months and dont say anything to us about that. Lets see at close up what IS approved from clipart and it is believe or not bestseller 4dls in less than month. http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-illustration-23050172-knife-spoon-and-fork-icon.phpHeh heh look at right side of middle of knife, anyhow its just shitte st silhouette and how they are picking the best or how they think it is the best from clipart.konj. In case they erase/deactivate they fabulous image here is scrn shoot

160/week is wannabe joke from my side 2 or 3 weeks ago. But how do you explain that today upload limit is 60??? So is it mean that you will slightly increase No of upload every week or two to reach my worst prediction (160 vectors) or in worst case upload limit for vectors will reach 4 or 5 figure like snowball?!

That's something new, right? I don't see anything about it in the forums, but I just noticed my P+ images are all starting at XS for $6. It was $4 before, right? Or am I just losing it?
I ask they support firstly to explain me huge oscillation in XS royaltys and they sad that thed didnt change prices for P+ XS files. From they support: "To clarify there has been no adjustments made on P+ pricing. Roylaties amount vary as client might of purchased discount package. "

At 17% a "$6 sale" can be 25 cents in royalty. This is because a "$6" sale can be had for $1.50 if bought with credits.
Or as low as 72c with the largest advertised corporate subscription credit bundle, 24c per credit; which would be 12c to the contributor on 17%.
I find one XS image sold for 0.10$ but that is at last quarter of 2011. when I was at 16% RC (or RC targets and P+ images are not introduced jet or) (Holly ghostly credits which nobody knows when they will expire) and in same time they are offering additional discount on they homepage. -------------------------- Aside all negative about them I am also freaking when they announce any discount on they front page. Sh&t in that is if they announce 10% discount they steal 10% from my/you/us pity RC target royalty too. Anyhow I just thinking and conclude that I have not ANY positive thing to say about them. Aside pity earnings which is not worth my nerves and time losings in studying they Lobotomized forum and also time spending here to conclude that they are just incurable case, while I can spend my time more accurate way without exposure to they mental diarrhea. Wolf changes his fur but never his naive cogitation. Finally I think that I will leave them forever...

Take mine if you are interested. Only you must change at the end of second paragraph>
".........Model (or Parent*) given opposite: Croatia."
Erase Croatia and change it to you country. You can edit it in Illustrator and save it as PDF again.

Of course, we know that iStock use legalese to wriggle out of all sorts of things, but as I look at it, if a P+ S file is now $6 cash price, and an indy like Suljo gets 17%, he should be getting $1.02 on any cash sale from last night/today?
So your average does seem low, yes. Maybe your photos are the sort that appeal to corporate buyers who might buy bigger bundles? Though actually unless my arithmetic is wrong (it's 01:26 a.m.), your share of a P+ XS bought with $1.33 credits should be 67c.
I don have any XS sale today and yesterday. But even the we use "old price" for XS 4$ and lets calculate with 16% instead of 17% seams that I must receive: 16% of 4$ = 0,64$ But after fast look I dont see that I never receive more than 0,55$ for XS, and average royalty is 0,50$. I just find few with whooping 0,13$ for XS. Royalty will be OK if old price was 3$ for XS (16% of 3 = 0,48$) Seams that royatyes for Small, Medium, Large, XLarge, XXLarge and XXXLarge are calculated well with some minor oscillation but at average they are OK.

So do you think is it normal to receive 46-54 cents from XS P+ image. I look thru my P+ image sales and I can say they are around 50 cents for XSmall. While from 6$ it will must be about 1$_
