Hi, I've been using the software for a bit and it is really good! Would you be able to add capability of opening PNG files and adding metadata? Some agencies and most PODs accept PNG files as well. Happy new year to all

Microstock Analytics gets updated regulary. Supports 6 sites now. Every time on start program does update and displays changelog of latest changes.
Just want to ask, when buying the "Unlimited Owned License", can one still avail of the regular updates of the program in the future?

i'm just guessing here, but i think you can do that, having one symbio site/gallery with several contributors by making them an admin?

I just received this e-mail from Paypal: "In a bulletin dated October 18, 2011, we announced that we were going to expand the number of IP addresses for www.paypal.com to improve our sites performance, scalability and availability. As part of this transition, we planned to discontinue support for HTTP 1.0 protocol starting October 7, 2013. We have recently identified that this change may impact the ability of some of our merchants to perform IPN (Instant Payment Notification) post-back validation or PDT (Payment Data Transfer) posts to www.paypal.com and ipnpb.paypal.com. This happens when the IPN or PDT scripts use HTTP 1.0 protocol and do not include the Host: www.paypal.com or Host: ipnpb.paypal.com header in the HTTP request. Additional DetailsStarting October 7, 2013, we will require all incoming requests to have a Host header which complies with HTTP 1.1 Specifications. This header was not required under HTTP 1.0. IPN and PDT scripts using HTTP 1.0 may start failing with HTTP/1.0 400 Bad Request errors after October 7, 2013, which will result in IPN messages not being validated successfully, or PDT scripts not being able to retrieve transaction information. Action Required before October 7, 2013Merchants need to update their IPN and/or PDT scripts to use HTTP 1.1, and include the Host and Connection: close HTTP header in the IPN postback script. My question is: Do we need to do anything for our Symbiostcok sites? Will this change impact our symbiostock Paypal IPN? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

it's a weird coincidence and we're on different hosts. i usually upload a batch of no more than 100mb but i thought i might try my luck today by uploading around 200mb, but no joy there

it's happened again. i've reduced that batch of 60 that crashed and uploaded it this time to 50 and it crashed. you may be right there, it might be a file in that batch that's spooking it.

thanks, leo. i'm not sure now if it's a memory problem or a time-out. i uploaded a batch of 50 files and it made it thru. and then i upped the next batch to 60 and got the processing problem again. i'm on hostgator, BTW.

Thanks for that. Only about 8 of the 150 plus images showed up and the "process delete files" is unclickable in the Process Image page. So just deleted them from the server as what Ron pointed out. I was limiting my FTP uploads to 50 to 60 per batch until today when I decided to up it a bit to 150 plus images and this happened. Is it a memory problem, do you think? I have set my memory to 100mb.

Anyone having troubles processing images today? I've just uploaded about 150 files ( vector eps and jpeg) thru FTP and when I processed the images (using imagemagick) an error message came up below: Fatal error: Call to a member function get_error_message() on a non-object in /home/xxxx/public_html/xxxxx.com/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/image-processor/symbiostock_image_processor.php on line 1127
I can't even delete the images from Process Image page. Any solution to this? Thanks in advance.

I also found out that the jpeg image must be saved as "baseline (standard)" otherwise if it is saved as "progressive", they won't be processed. I just re-saved a batch of images to make it work.

yup, that's what i'm currently doing. but is there a script/program/software app that can automatically do that if you have hundreds of files to individually zip?

Thanks for that, but sorry I'm running on Windows 8. Any other ideas? I'm just currently selecting and right clicking them to zipped file which i a bit of a hassle

Hi All, I'm planning to upload zipped files to my symbiostock site. Is there a software that would zip each 1, 2 or 3 files as one zipped file. I am currently doing it for every file batch but it's taking a long time. I also tried googling it but to no success. Anyone know of a software or a program that can do this? Thanks in advance.

Wow, thanks for that. I have installed the plug-in and edited it for the custom links. Now, when I am in the "Edit Image" area to publish the image I've uploaded, I can't find where to put the individual image code. Any thoughts on where or how to do this? Thanks.

let's just say if you've got images that are exclusive to an agency, how would you be able to customize the plug-in to link to that specific image on that site?

Just checking in - sounds like a memory problem with images that are too large. Did you up your memory already?
Where do I access that? ( sorry I'm still a noob at this things). I've been uploading images since May 2013 about 1,500 images, but this issue only occurred today. I'm hosted at Hostgator. And thanks guys for chiming in.

Hi, Is anyone experiencing a problem in processing images today? I have just uploaded a batch of 10 images but when I "process image to drafts", they appear in the "Drafts" but with no image preview, only the title, descriptions and keywords. I have been successfully publishing my images till now. Anyone have an idea on what's going on here? Thanks in advance.

A plug-in that shows sales statistics or sales history would be great!
