Helo,

After several years of freelancer and sales on microstock sites, I said to put all my work on a platform and sell my works. Just my work, no collaborations or affiliates.

The website is:  https://buzzpixelstock.com/

I want to sell some of the design logo I've made for different clients, plus digital files under the Royalty Free license. And for Romania country I can deliver Canvas prints.
The website is made with WordPress plugin from cmsaccount.com
I would like your opinion on the website, I still have some changes, but I think it's 95% ready, what do you say?
Thank you in advance for advice.

Sorry for my english.

Everything takes an annoyingly long time to load. Apart from that, it looks pretty good. Just wanted to clarify this though...

Are these clients aware you're selling their logo designs?

Have to agree with SpaceStock, painfully slow load times. Is WP really the right platform do you think? Also, pages are returning with mixed languages. Spanish primarily but I think some Portugese as well. Other than that it looks great with some wonderful work. Lots of luck.

Hello,

Thanks for feedback.
The logo design are a non-exclusive license that was sold on 99Designs (also with a non-exclusive license), But I also have the Exclusive License for Logo design (not sold to anyone yet).
I can not afford to resell something that has been sold as exclusive.

Hy David,

I chose WordPress because I can customize it as much as it is easier than HTML.
I'll see where the problem is with speed and language.
Thanks.

Just wondering, are they doing well? Is the site visible enough on search engines?

Terrific platform. Well done! But I look at it and I'm sure my reaction is the same as everyone else's. "Was it worth the effort?" There must have been a massive amount of work putting it together. I also think, while your images/illustrations etc. are very high standard - they're limited in variety in each category. I think your experience will be interesting for all of us. I hope you do well!

Couple of observations about the site. I get a box at the lower right of my browser window saying "McAfee Secure" and above that another box with two buttons, Decline and Accept. In general, that kind of advertising popup would lead me to close the tab and leave the site alone. I do not want to interact McAfee in any way and there did not appear to be a close window (x in the top corner). I suggest you get rid of things like that.

It may be that the McAfee popup was the cause, but I couldn't type in the search box to try out searches to see how they worked.

I think your prices are low, particularly for vectors and the full size image. Shutterstock's smallest purchase is a 2 image pack for $29 ($14.50 each)

Above all, the big issue with selling from your own site is marketing - how will buyers find you?

The English on your site, both in the FAQ and in the license terms, could use some work. If you are primarily targeting your home market, it's probably not worth spending time on, but if you think there is some potential for attracting buyers who need English, I would. In particular, in the license terms, the paragraph about restrictions (second one in the RF section) is very muddled and doesn't explicitly say that the first sentence is a list of things you cannot do with a standard RF license.

Good luck

Nice material there but yes very slow page load times. Who is your hosting company and are you on a shared server?

Curious as to why you decided to make your own site...was your material not selling well on the microstock sites you were on?

What microstock site were you on? How long and how many images?

What other platforms or plugins did you research before choosing cmsaccount.com WP plugin?

Definitely suggest all of your focus now be on marketing, no traffic of the correct demographic will mean no sales.

Please keep us posted on progress and good luck;)

Thanks Jo Ann Snover for feedback.

I well try to solve the problems mentioned.

The banner with "Accept - Decline" is for GDPR / cookie which is mandatory from May 25, 2018 if you sell in the EU.
I am in collaboration with a marketing company, I am aware that I have some marketing to go to more clients.
And I will improve English from the description.
Thanks for encouragement.  ;)

Hy hooterguy77.

The host is from BlueHost and now is work on the upload speed of the website (I know  :( is slow )
I decided to make my own website because we have many logo design and digital files that did not sell at such a real value, and I said to invest in my own site where I sell for Romania and canvas.
I already sell on SS, DR, 123RF, VectorStock for over 5 years , and I have over 2000 vector files and pictures, and now I want to focus only on product / studio pictures.
I chose WP because it's easy to modify but in the moment we grow files and clients I change to another platform.

Thanks for comments, I appreciate.
Regards.

Good looking website, but indeed far too slow and because of that it's tedious to browse through your collection.
The McAfee box is annoying and frankly unnecessary.
The watermark is too visible, you should lower the opacity.

I once created a personal vector site with CMS Account too, but I didn't do anything about marketing so it wasn't attracting visitors. A nice looking site is not enough, make sure you promote it in any way you can.

I used bluehost in the past when I had a site selling my images. It was slow then, too, because there are many, many sites crammed onto their server. There are some things you may be able to do to speed it up a little, but if you dont pay the money for a better hosting plan or dedicated server, you might be stuck. I know I didnt want to spend the money for a better hosting plan, so I went with the basic plan. Its a dilemma...you dont want to spend the money if you arent going to make any back, but if you dont spend the money, the site is difficult for buyers to navigate.

Better hosting? Like what for example?

Ah updating the blue host plan. I thought you were discrediting them for another company.

I am familiar with alert boxes about cookies - many sites now have them. But your box from McAfee said nothing about cookies. I just looked today and the McAfee logo is gone, but there's no explanatory text at all! Just a link that says "Learn More" and a Decline/Accept choice.

No one with any wariness about unsafe sites is going to click on a mystery link on the home page. If you preview the URL it's your privacy policy, so say "Read our Privacy Policy" so visitors know what they're clicking on.

You don't want to give people a reason to be wary or to leave before you've shown them your images :)

Terribly slow and the changing front page is confusing. You should have all three choices on one screen and skip the animation. I tried to look at photos but after a long time closed. Good luck

Site looks good! Loads pretty slow for me as well. Are the images compressed and 72ppi?
