Anyone else having unusual video review delays on Shutterstock?

I have batches going back to 11/27/2015.

I've been with SS for several years. This is the longest I've ever waited to be reviewed.

I don't recall ever having to wait more than a few weeks. My batch a few weeks ago was reviewed in 8 days. I generally UL pretty small batches, though (20-30 clips). I'd say you should definitely write support; something's wrong.

You have to remember that there are now lots of providers with video cameras now uploading for an alternative source of income because of all the competition with images and photos.
Plus I have heard many of those video providers uploading loads of clips 20 and or up close to hundreds at a time just so they can get a jump on things.
Personally I think in the end, this is only going to hurt every one with glut and overly long review times like we're seeing now.
If every one would just make an effort to only upload their best and only a few at a time, I think things would be a bit more fair for every one.
But that's probably just wishful thinking. Sigh....  :-\
You know how human nature is.............

I just uploaded 50 images and they were reviewed in a couple of days. I have 20 or so videos that have been pending for nearly three weeks.  I wonder if they are getting a wave of video now that stills seem to be worthless for many.

Waiting several weeks.

Pond5 two months.

Fotolia 24 hours...but not enough sales.

Maybe everyone is now moving towards video, if the money in photos is dying. would make sense.

my most recent 12 clips were reviewed in 2 wks

I did have some images that sat for 3wks+ so I emailed them & they said there was a glitch in the upload process that caused them to be overlooked; so I just uploaded them again & review was quick
