I have already posted this on SS forum, but got no reply so far.
Since I remember that contacting SS help is mission impossible, can anyone tell me if you have experienced something similar?

"I have been trying for more than a couple of weeks to upload video files to SS using Fliezilla, as I have done for years.
But I cannot establish a connection.
I get the following message:
Response:     - Files must be less than 4GB. Larger files will be rejected with a "426 Operation Not Permitted" error.
Response:    220 Shutterstock FTP Site
Command:    AUTH TLS

This is before I have uploaded any files at all.
Can anyone help?"

Other than trying a different FTP tool and double checking your FTP settings, I can only think of a network/ISP issue.

That message would make sense if someone was trying to submit an image instead of a video.

I have been submitting videos recently and have never stumbled upon that error.

Hope it gets sorted soon.

Whereabouts are you based? SS has recently introduced weekly upload restrictions, not sure if that could explain anything.
