Correct. And also remember that a lot of SS submitters never reach the minimum payout level, so SS never has to pay them. Maybe Stan is in that group?

that goes around all agencies not just SS

I don't understand your comment. I was referring to the '12%' and SS's profit. What does that have to do with whether or not other agencies do the same thing?

They do refunds.
First of all they refund video sales, which unfortunately I had a few. Sucks big time when your day starts with -$20 for example
I currently have a $0 SOD and that also might be a refund (currently trying to get some info from support).

Mega. I'm going to the Paris concert at the end of September. Buzz on the five Ghent concerts from the forum has been excellent. Some songs already on YouTube (this seems to be perfectly above board, before anyone shouts!)
