So, they came up with a fancy looking 'drag 'n drop' upload device, but things are now so buggy I can't even upload my vectors (eps and jpg at the same time). They keep reappearing in the Submit section, then they contain errors because 'the accompanying jpg was not uploaded', then I must delete them, then they reappear again for submitting.  :o

It used to work perfectly. Don't try to fix what ain't broken, SS!

The whole system is BUGGY!

FTP that has problems, HTTP drag and drop that doesn't work and errors everywhere.

Nothing new, anymore it is pretty much normal op.

Not just SS but the current formula is Nothing Works like it's supposed to. Cars, computers, websites, pens, phones, scanners, printers... and everyday items. It's the future and the future is now.  ;D

Already sent an email over a week ago and no answer?

I also sent an email to the forum moderator VincentJansen who said i needed to rename my files and retry FTP again but that isn't the problem because no matter how I name them it doesn't work properly!

Also he said to use the drag and drop but he didn't read the email right because the drag and drop doesn't work at all and I gave him a link to a thread I posted in the Bugs forum with a screen shot that shows a small red circle with a red line trough it and this has happened to me before and it has re appeared once again!

Need more info let me know I also posted what the FTP file errors were in the bug thread.

I had a problem loading a video clip using FTP (WinSCP).
It never appeared in the submit quee so I wrote support.

They replied and asked me to rename the clip. I did with
the same results.

Undaunted, I recompressed the clip (using the same compression),
renamed and resubmitted and it went through. First and only time
I've had problems submitting to SS using WinSCP.

Unless this is some new issue, I haven't had any problem with the new upload system.  Last time I used it was a couple of weeks ago, though, so has something changed?

Just submitted some pics a few days ago and everything worked fine. Is that a recent issue?

Just tested the multiple uploader and it worked fine. I used Chrome browser and Ubuntu Linux.
