Hello friends, August is ended and my earnings on my dashboard zeroed but I didn't get the usual "payments calculated" e-mail. Is it too early to worry? I'd usually get the e-mail and than the payment these days.

What bothers me the most is the empty contact page. This is a big company and should have keep line of communications with cıontributors open.

is your unpaid earning changes today without any sales ?

On my account the payment of august just added to my unpaid earnings some minutes ago.
So it seems to be problem with their payment system... we will see :-)

Same here, unpaid earning now shows the august sales again.

Last time this happened didn't get paid til following month.

Hi, I wanted to start a topic, but I don't know how :C  I have similar problem, but I have never been paid yet. I know that minimum payout was recently changed from 35 to 25$, but since when exactly? I've earned more than 25 many months ago (few years even), but less than 35 and I wonder if I receive payment after 35 or something else is wrong? My tax form is approved and actual, payment method is paypal 25$. Any help please?

This morning when I checked my balance I thought I had a big sale, but alas it was just the fact that  I was not getting paid this month like the rest of you.  I'm more disappointed that I hadn't had  that big sale. 

I'm affected too, it seems many if not any contributors are involved

It was a month that started with a weekend then public holiday.

This thing happens quite often, no payment stuff gets done until people go to work.  So yesterday was the earliest they'd start doing it.

That happens now and then. The difference is that the pending unpaid amount has been returned to the monthly status.

Shutterstock Terms of Service changed as of this month - threshold reduced to $25 but payments will be processed on the 15th.  So you should be paid then.

There was an email... see terms of service section 8.

15th of the month was always been the final day, but they usually pay around 6 or 7 of the month, this is not changed

Yes, the payment itself supposed to be before 15th, BUT much earlier I should have gotten an email about my earnings and they've should been reduced to zero. But none of this happened. I didn't got email and my unpaid earnings are still as they were.

The update was yesterday, they must have had a system failure in the update of the terms referring to payments.

My balance has gone back done, so I am guessing they are now processing payments to contributors

Have their reviews also ground to a halt? feel like my queue hasn't moved in a while.
