A public firework display. Must be editorial? Free entry, completely open air. No branding, logos etc.
Is this a new rule?
Or am I just having a dozy day......

If its shutterstock it seems they are rejecting a lot of images that if one was being super pedantic  could  conceivably require a release. I'd try again then move on.....my firework pics never sold much (though they aren't much good to be fair).
