Title: Reporting bug on Shutterstock
Post by: PixelBytes on September 11, 2014, 16:37
I am just checking my totals for the day and my Earnings Summary page does not match my Earnings by date page.

Earnings by date shows an EL and a larger number of OD sales that have not been added in my summary or my $ total.  The $ total is at least $30-35 under what I actually earned today.  Have not checked prior days yet.

Did this happen to anyone else?

Yes, there is a delay, it will add up in every 30 minutes or so.

Thank you.  I hope so.  Did this get discussed already somewhere?

For me it seems to show the $$ first than the chart gets updated (about 15 to 30 minutes)...

It has been like that since the day I joined.

Yes it has been like this for years now, we sometimes have delays of 24 hours before individual query reports sync up to represent current/correct sales information.

Thank you all for the help.  I never noticed the delay before.  I think this time I noticed because there was a EL sale for $28 and that is one that catch my eye.

The delay and misalignment has been much worse than normal for me the last few days.
No idea if there is any link to the drastic drop in sales over the same period but looks like a bug from here.
