Is it my imagination or have others notice a bit of a slide today. The last three days have been huge for me and today I've had one (1) D/L. Are they mixing it up again?

When looking the 'most popular' files in my port, they seemed to be flipping things around a little lately.  Last week it was heavily weighted towards new images.  This week it seems like the old good selling images are back to the top.  They must be tweaking things a bit on the back end

you think? an image approved yesterday has sold twice already.

To confirm, I did end up with just one d/l yesterday...getting a few this morning though and all older stuff like you said.

If it was only approved yesterday it was probably downloaded by someone searching 'newest first'

I noticed that since April began, a few of my 5 months old pictures suddenly started selling. Those + my best pictures that sell everyday resulted in some of my best days ever on SS. I made in 4 days the money that I usually make in 2 weeks :D I wish the situation would stay like this.

I must be boring the magic computer search flippers. Mine pretty much stay the same, week after week. The changes I do see are when something sells, it jumps up the page for a week and then slowly goes back down to where it was.

Top 10 are always up somewhere near the top 15, with these little random sales coming and going.

Smaller port. Lower sales volume, but I have never seen anything upside down or crazy. Popular isn't just based on sales or downloads or dollars, but the best, do seem to group near the top.

Most of my stuff is one of a kind, one image for any subject or project. Hardly anything has any keywords in common.

Yes I have noticed the switch. Last month seemed to be weighted toward the newest files. In fact in March I noticed quite a few new submitters tickled to report that they had new images "some without sales" showing up on the first page of most popular searches.

Since my best selling images died in March, I am happy to see them picking up again at the beginning of April.
