Alright, I was going to let this thread fade out and refrain myself from posting because in the end it always turns out the same but your post pretty much nailed it JPSDK, at least someone is being honest here, not hiding behind his/her own success.
That is what I need to realise and act upon, agencies do not give a * about their photographers (excluding a selective group of course) but only their own staff and clients.
I pretty much knew this already but I always try to think positive and hope for changes.

Alright my rants are over, no more. Thanks all for your input, especially JPSDK.

WRONG!  the very second you get paid for imagery, its regarded as professional!  you dont sincerely believe people would have started Micros if they thought they had to survive on beginners? do you?  they knew very well that sooner or later, Pros were going to enter the field and thats where the money is. Simple as that MATEY.

These threads are pointless unless you post the rejected photos. How can we draw a conclusion about whether there is some great conspiracy with some hitherto unknown motives if we can't see what they are unfairly rejecting?
