I think it'd great if Shutterstock use Payoneer as one more option for the payment method, since Skrill took big fee for the payment process, i got 'robbed' $13 for this july payment... :'(

Skrill deducting $30 each month from my ShutterStock payment.  :(

I contact them but as usual they replied that it is an international transaction and subject to intermediate bank charges.

I'd welcome Payoneer as an alternative to cheques in the mail, too.

I have a Payoneer account and do not even think of using it. Having money in the Payoneer account is very risky.

If someone fraud your account and stole your money you will have trouble seeing your money back. Even if you detected the fraud seconds after it happens and warn Payoneer they will just block your card, but will do nothing to prevent the fraudster steal your money.

That's what happened to me.

I detected a fraud attempt to my account before they complete the transaction and alerted Payoneer and it was useless.

They answered me:

Please note that there is no option to prevent a specific merchant from making a charge on your card.

The on-line interface of Payoneer not allow else than block your card. There was no way to block the fraud attempt!

Even if you submitted  a dispute and sent all documents they requested, they probably going to repeat what they said to me:

At this stage it is being investigated, and there is a minimum amount of time that must be given for the merchant to review and respond to the dispute. As soon as there is an update we will notify you.

By having to pay US12.95 for a new card and another $ 60 to receive the new card by DHL, I felt my self penalized by having to pay for a issue of the Payoneer system.

It's gone almost double the time stipulated (by Payoneer) to solve the dispute and nothing happens, not a word!

So if you have bad luck, it can happen to you too if you work with Payoneer.

As hope is the last to die, I still hope to get my money back (including the fees that were charged me). And so, regain the confidence that once I placed in this company.

I am very happy that Shutterstock offers  Skrill as a payment option.

The statements in this post are so illogical that I question the honesty or motivation of the poster. It is almost impossible to "steal" money from a payoneer account. It does NOT work like PP or Skrill. It is the same risk as any other CC. But in any case, if you are happy with what you have, just continue using it!

I had one, just one case of a dispute in the last 5 years. It was about a hotel which withdrew the rooms fee upfront and I thought I`ll pay upon checkin, so it was not even a real issue. However Payoneer was veryvery helpful and support was fast to answer.

In my case it was a purchase made in a shop in Singapore, and I live in Germany.
You can read the (almost) full story here:http://www.microstockgroup.com/123royaltyfree-com/thoughts-on-payoneer/msg377588/#msg377588.

My biggest frustration was not with the $ 500 stolen, but with the breach of trust, like you, I had on Payoneer.

Let me see if I understand you Tror:

If someone that is the victim of fraud, complains after waiting twice the time stipulated by the company (where his money was deposited), and nothing is solved and having received no word, this person is dishonest with bad intentions?

Before you go licking Payoneer boots, and offend a person calling her dishonest with bad intentions, if you had looked up, you would have found the full history.

Or if you investigate the informations I posted you would have realized that the issues I mentioned are real.

Be careful not to attack and or offend other members of the group.

BTW: It is not like any other CC, just because Payoneer is not a credit card! And here in Germany I do have the right to block a fraud attempt just calling the manager of my account.

I can't wait to see Payoneer on SS. So far I'm satisfied with their service, much much better option than Skrill or Paypal
