Anyone else having upload issues with SS? I am using the web loader and no luck at all :-\
-
It's been broken off and on for several days
-
I am also facing uploading problems. FTP is also not working
-
What a Shame!!
-
Yes...me too! Everything appears to be broke regardless if its uploaded using Filezilla or their own system. Darn! And I was sooo looking forward to being rejected for focus issues! :'(

Great, now it looks like sales reporting is messed up too. My daily summary page says 40 sales today, but there are only 34 on the daily report. You'd think that they could take some of those millions they make off of us to fix these problems. Just speaks loud and clear as to where WE are on the SS totem pole. >:(

50M pictures, 70,000 members, 200K customers, world servers on internet and you think your stats should be up to the second. The world is all about revolving around people here, isn't it? Maybe SS will phone you to check if your 36 cents is there in the report.

Now the summary page is back down to 38. Never seen it go backwards before.
-
I trust them to fix it.

Yes, there are definitely issues with the uploading process at the moment. I sent them an email, but I guess we just have to wait until they fix it.

I had that last month. Wrote in and by the time I got an answer, it was correct. Something about servers indexing and getting in sync. It takes time. Basically the answer is, yes patience will help, my files were not gone, they were between Approval and getting solid position in my collection and the search, on the servers.
They did show as approved, but didn't show anywhere else, if that explains it better. Next morning, my image count went up and there they were.
I think in past years we had people with images showing in the search, then disappearing after a day and coming back the next day. It's not like my home computers sending a folder of files on the network, to my other desktop. And even that can take 20-30 minutes for a large batch of photos.
SS has 49.2 Million to send, sync, order and update, around the world. I really wouldn't expect that things are easy or fast. It's quite complex and data intensive.
