This browsing problem was reported already several times, but it is back again. Affects sales? For sure!

I know it was reported, what I wanted to say is that it is impossible to check keywords on images after page 10 on buyer site.

Just noticed this: You can expect that any further communication from us will be detailed, informative, specific, and actionable.

www.dictionary.com/browse/actionableActionable definition, furnishing ground for a lawsuit.

Yes, I know, there's a secondary, less common meaning. It just struck me as a funny ambiguity.

Tried to search for oldest images to compare keywords, but the last page does not show the oldest ones. All is mixed. Waist of time.

OK, now I'm really curious. I'm gonna check some of my images. Where did you people, who are missing keywords checked for them. On a page like the buyer would see the image and keywords or in that section, where you can edit your keywords (Approval status/Approved images...)?

I don't think that position of keyword matter at SS.

Ok, so I checked about 20 of my oldest files and a few files in the middle and all (at least main) keywords are still there....

For me this time amount of keywords was not changed. Still worry that the order of keywords in reality can affect sales.

When I read about the missing keywords, I had to look...
I found a relatively easy way to check it out...
(I remember someone asking about it)

Here's the link strait to it:

newbielink:http://submit.shutterstock.com/review_batch.mhtml?approved=1&type=photos [nonactive]

In case the link doesn't work:

Home-> Portfolio-> Approval Status: Images-> Approved Photos (or whatever is you are going to look)-> Go to bottom of page-> Click "View All ..... Approved Photos"

yes, that's where i always check to ensure my new online images = approved images
and it was where i got shocked to realised many of my new images of regular selling category
were missing a lot of vital keywords... and even had category removed.

as i mentioned before, it does not happen with the non-sellers; just the images that
fall in the well-selling category. it used to be like that at istock
where certain exclusives reviewing the indies would approve all the not so competitive
images and if say you are doing well in lifestyle, your lifestyle new images would be
heavily rejected with all sorts of reasons from poor composition, out of focus, wrong wb,etc..

sound familiar????

Click on the image id, that takes you to the image page on the customer site, and you'll find all your keywords there...
Don't ask me why they don't show all keywords on the approved file list, but they're not deleted...

Or click on the edit symbol, you'll still see all your keywords, just not in the list overview.

I have yet to find an image where keywords were really deleted (as compared to not shown in some view on the site).

Odd that I can read and understand words in English. It says title not keyword. Am I the only one who read that?

My approval status - approved photos page scrambles the order results after page 51.  Sort by date and sort by sales both are scrambled beginning on page 52.  Anyone else have this issue?
