I would like to have a quick way to access all my photos let's say natural landscape..in lightroom.

Is 'collection' the way to sort it? how can i add a file to the collection? i right click the images it is only to 'smart collection'.

is there a way i can quickly refer it to the collection i want? and the images in collection is just a reference, right? there is not additional folder created in hard disk, right?

Well, there are two ways you could use collections to group photos together (and you are correct that it just creates a reference to the photos, and no additional copies are created on disk). One is to create a regular collection and simply drag and drop the photos you want to go in that collection. It is easiest to do this from Grid view.

Another option is to create a smart collection. Think of a smart collection as a kind of saved search. You come up with the criteria that defines the smart collection and then all the photos that match that criteria are automatically added to that smart collection. If something about a photo should change causing it to no longer match the criteria it will be automatically removed from the collection. So, in your case, you could perhaps use a keyword that you apply to all natural landscapes, and then you could further refine it as your needs dictate, such as with capture date, a color label, and so on.

You can add keywords direct to your images when importing them. And so you can easily search on subject.
When you did not do this the first time, you can do it in the Library, adding keywords to one image or to a group of images by first selecting them.
Selecting a group of images goes easy the same way you do this in Windows Explorer (click the first, press and hold Shift, click the last)
I am afraid that this is the only way to find all your images with the same subject when they are in different folders or catalogs, but it is a lot of work when you have to do it afterwards.
Best is to make it part of your workflow.
This link can perhaps very helpful: http://www.lightroomqueen.com/index.php

thanks Colette and Rob Sylvan for the tips.

I was hoping i can do a right click and direct to the collections i need..

anyway, i figured out the drag method.

I read some tutorial that suggest to put keywords so the images can be filtered and put in the same collection.

When going to the website I linked to, you can order the book that she wrote, but you can also download the complete book for free as a pdf-file.
That book will have answers to the most of your questions about Lightroom, I think...
It's a pity that there is no easy way to do what you want.

That guy seems a bit sketchy, but I found this tip over there that might be helpful. It is not right-clicking to send to a collection, but you can designate a target collection and use the B key to send photos there.  :P

Victoria Bampton on the other hand is an absolute Queen, and I highly recommend her Lightroom FAQ book. (I've got a total Lightroom crush on her)

You can do this without dragging.

You create the collection you want and then right click on the collection name in the left panel and select Set as Target Collection. Then, you may select images anywhere in your catalog and type B to add them to the target collection. Little bit more streamlined than drag and drop if there's one target at a time you want to put images into.

I'm using a PC and I use a "right click" method to add photos to Lightroom collections.  I select the group of photos I want to put into the collections (holding shift key and select first and last photo to grab a group of side-by-side images, or holding control key I click on the random photos I want to add).  Once the photos are selected I move the curser over the collections area.  If you have an existing collection you want to add it to, hover over that collection title when you right click.  The pop-up window will give you the option to add photos to the selected collections, or to add to a new collection (or collection set)
