I know it is ridiculous, but none of existing tools didn't work for my workflow. So some time ago I had to create my own. Now I'm sharing it.

Major difference from other similar tools that it builds raitings like one "old familiar tool" that does not work anymore, clean and simple design. Supports two agencies for redundancy.
