I noticed last week that my sub sales at JIU had stopped on Nov 18 so I decided early on in this week to have someone I knew with a JIU subscription download 2 images of mine. Well, I waited all day for something to post to my account and when it never did I contacted support. Although I have not heard back from support yet for the last 2 days I have had JIU downloads post to my account all at 4:14 am so I am assuming this is some sort of system update/processing which is catching up.

So my point is only to remind other contributors that StockXpert is still having issue's with this (unless I am a single rare case) and if you don't watch out you may fall through the cracks!

When I first started with StockXpert I emailed support and actually got a phone call response! Now I can't get emailed responses, this is the 2nd time  :'( but I still have faith in them cleaning up!

I've have jui sales each day this month, I assume they are added daily but they could have just snuck them in when I wasn't looking (I dont check often)

I appreciate the headsup NYT.   So far I seem to be getting credit for all mine - at least I am getting some every day.

Have you heard back from support?  If so, how did they explain the sale not showing?

Didn't we get an e-mail (maybe middle of October?) stating that JI subs wouldn't be posted to our account for 7 days?

Hmmm.. I didn't get an email like that and I do save all of StockXpert's anymore. I am now getting daily sub downloads. Would love to see it though if you still have it.

Jupiter subs represent about 13% of my DLs on StockXpert for December vice about 9% for November.  Would be interested others' results.

For what it's worth, I see the same pattern as NYTumbleweeds. Sales were perking along as normal for the last few months through December 18 -- and then zero downloads from December 19 onwards. Contacted StockXpert support and got a reply two days ago which I felt was less than helpful:

"I apologize for the inconvenience. At this time we are unaware of any system issues.  The number of views an image attracts could be based different factors such as image quality or popularity. Our suggestion is to communicate with artists who receive a fair number of views to get ideas for your work."

StockXpert, JUS, and Photos.com are pretty much running equal to one another (33% each).

My JUI and Photos.com sales stopped completely on Dec. 20...this after getting them daily.  Something is definitely up.  Guess I need to contact support.

I haven't had any JUI sales in the last couple of weeks, but put it down to the holidays.  I will definitely keep an eye on them as we get into next week, though.

Yep, same here. I hadn't even paid attention, but my last non-StockXpert sale was Dec 18.

Hi guys,

Hope you had a good holiday. Thanks for reporting this. I'm looking into it.

Thanks Steve. I had 37 downloads from December 1 to December 18 and zero (across all SX channels) since then. Statistically, this is highly unlikely -- unless the search algorithm has changed entirely. And any change there is not too significant as the number of views per image that I saw for December was down a little from November but only a little which is consistent with a holiday slowdown.

Relative to other agencies, they saw a slowdown of about 50% from normal traffic but not one stopped altogether during this period.

Hi everyone,

Ok. We identified a problem with how sales data is being reported from Photos.com and JIU to StockXpert. The data is being recorded and logged; it's just not flowing to StockXpert. Our dev and tech teams are working quickly to fix the problem and restore the data to your balance sheets.

Thanks for your patience and let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Steve & thanks for posting here about this. I never did hear back from support about this and earlier today (before reading this update) I emailed them again as this problem is still going on for me as well. Very anxious for the resolution.

Thanks, Steve!

Has anyone got any StockXpert and affiliates sales in 2009?

No sales from JIU and Photo.com since late December either, but now that I read Steve's post, I'm confident that they'll come in a bunch. Well, I expect it :)

Well I have only about 180 images on StockXpert but I was getting very regular downloads through Dec. 29th and then nothing.  Most of my downloads were StockXpert PPDs and my last two were StockXpert PPDs.  Last JiU sub was Dec. 13th.
