I have problem with changing prices.
I set it in "symbiostock--> author options", set my own prices for every size, other than suggested. Safe it, update, and... some images are with new price, some with old...
Is it bug or I do something wrong?

Did you select both of these options

Save as defaults? (Will apply to uploads as well).

Update ALL existing images with new values? *Caution!*

The second one will change your existing images as well - it will also change anything else such as licence or model release options

That's what I was expecting, but it didn't and that's why I'm asking here :) Something doesn't work  ???

In the fact, I selected all...

V Save as defaults? (Will apply to uploads as well).
V Update ALL existing images with new values? *Caution!*
V Update public network info.

Ufff, I think I've found the reason...
One of old images was blank, bad upload or something and somehow I didn't know. I have about 1500 files and after each update I got email report with 1000 (1k) files, no more. After deleting bad file I got full report about all images and confirmation that all is updated. All prices are fine now, it works!

Thanks Christine for trying to help ;)

I'm having the same issue. Sometimes tit updates to 1600 others to 1800 or 1900.

What have you done to find that image? Or did you find it by chance?

After updating you get raport on email, right? You see what was updated: 0-100, 100-200 etc... I don't remember now exactly.
I got last one in 800-900 section (had about 1500 files) so I had to check files between 800 and 900 or so in Sys - images - edit image. Bad (broken) image will not display. It must be dubled with correct file so you can delete it.
After that try to change prices, updated and it should work.

I've found the first image that had not the price changed, I think.

It's around image 2208 but I don't see any problem with that image in the edit page or any of the following 4. No corrupted image or anything out of the ordinary.

I've started to count from the first page ordered by "uploaded" starting from the newest since it seems that the newer ones all get the prices changed.

You can show me print screen of how you change the price and print screen of emails raport list after changes...
Use PM.

The email only states:
"Image process update: 1900 image pages updated on http://stockphotosart.com"

And the price change is made just like I have made it in the past. After saving the new prices as default I just click " Update ALL existing images with new values? *Caution" and save changes.

Still, sometimes it goes up to to 2100 images, others only to 1900 and others even less.

It sounds like a timeout of some sort (where the process is taking over a certain amount of time that is a threshold).

Just tried again and only got to 1400 range.

If it's a time-out is there a way to check and change this? Don't know where to begin...

In the Symb page the symbol of processing in the bottom continues to rotate. I never get a finished page.

Did you try another browser?

I use Firefox and now tried it on Chrome. Same result. In my last attempts I even disabled most of the plugins to see if any was interfering with the process but nothing changed.
