Someone wanted an "agree to terms" checkbox and the button is inactive until thats pushed. For legal security (minding various country's needs) we add one more click on the way to a conversion.

Not necessarily. It might be a browser issue. Thanks for finding it. What browser/vsn are you using? I'll fix it.

That is just weird then. One of them should work!

This is what happens -

You click agree button, pay button becomes clickable. And yet you are seeing it deactivated no matter what you do?

I think we need a few more people to check it out ... if it works for me its hard to figure out the problem.

Working OK here, as far as going through to Paypal. Button is active after clicking 'Agree' even with nothing in the cart but comes back from Paypal with 'Empty cart' error.

I have just tried with Internet Explorer and surpisingly the button is working on it.

The result -
the button is active with Internet Explorer and inactive with Google Chrome and Mozila.
I dont use other browsers as Saffari etc.

the button is active when you add something to your cart.. and inactive if you don't add anything to your cart..

if the cart is empty, it will be inactive regardless you agree to terms or not..

That colour green clashed terribly with my site, much prettier now, just hope people click it

Version 2.3.7 - done nothing except update from a much earlier version. I put a file in my cart, checked the "agree to terms" box, but the Pay Now button is not active for me. Chrome on Windows 7

Update - I refreshed the browser and all of a sudden it worked. TO make sure it really was, I cleared the cart, selected an image again and was able to check the box and then buy the file.

Your browser keeps the javascript and css file till u refresh
