My Veer account has been stuck in the registration/approval process for months now. I have about 50 approved images, but they do not show in search. In Workspace it says that my tax forms are being reviewed. The link to redo the tax forms eventually leads to an error message ("try again later").

I have repeatedly tried to reach someone at Veer. The Corbis employees that man the help chat are very nice and try to help, but they are salespeople and don't know how to do contributor support. I have mailed to all the addresses they gave me, but to no avail. The best result was at [email protected]: I received an out of office reply telling me that there would be nobody there on January 2 (I tried this today).

All this leads me to ask: Does anybody else have these problems? How can I reach them? And: Is Veer even worth all this trouble?

I just sent a note to their contributor email, because my dashboard page shows my lifetime earnings under unpaid earnings. That would be nice if it were true, maybe a generous move by Veer, but it looks more like a glitch.

-MarcvsTvllivs- [email protected] is the only address you should be contacting regarding contributor issues, all other departments are for customer questions and they would not be able to help you.

I replied to a few tax related questions today, so I can't be sure if you were one of them- but most likely the error you were receiving  from the tax form was due to a mistake when filling out the form- it is common for contributors to accidentally leave question #2 on the W8BEN blank.  Once you complete all the required fields on the form it should process fine.

Our current auto-reply says "we have received your email and will be happy to answer all your questions shortly. You should expect a response within 1-2 days, excluding weekends."  If you received a different auto-reply than that, please forward that email to [email protected] so I can investigate how that glitch happened.

-shiyali-  I just replied to your email inquiry.  That does appear to be a display glitch, thank you for the heads up, I will send that to our technical team now.

Yeah, we used to get more frequent updates from Veer a while ago. Now we're kind of left in limbo about what's going on there.

If I remember correctly, it's been almost a year when Veer claimed that they are working on improving review times...

Hmm, Veer is working fine for me (from South Florida).

I also had no problems yesterday. In fact, I got some sales...  :D

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. The site is up-and-running. Can you clarify what you are seeing on your end? Are you getting an error page?

I'm in Portugal and they haven been online all past days.. I even got images reviewed yesterday.

Are we in same "Portugal"? :D

Edit: @luissantos84 : Working on Telepac and Meo... probably an DNS issue?

Now i'm at home ( Meo ) and tried with several browsers ( chrome, Ie, firefox ) and working ( using default DNS )

I suppose that You tried clean dns cache. I had some issues in past with specific sites ( when others users not ) and just do a ipconfig /flushdns and work like a charm.

still not working, very weird stuff, why only Veer, all other websites are working :D
