I haven't sold but two photos on Veer, wish it were more and hope it will be more in the future, but what I have sold I can't figure out how to find out what I actually made one just one of them.
That statistics page is way to confusing. This new sale has the date of July on the photo. Is that the actual sale date or the upload date because it's way past July for it to be suddenly showing up under sales.

When you are viewing sales as a table, the date is for the most recent sale for each photo.

I just had a sale disappear at Veer (again)! Suddenly $3.50 are missing - is there any way to track customer refunds (because I hope that's what it is...)

Be sure to check the date range you're looking at.

They use a particular span of time for their stats, and so periodically, your balance seems to drop, as sales fall out of that range.  You just have to adjust the starting date, so that the balance encompasses all sales.

They are working on changing this, because we said we weren't happy about it... but I don't think they've completed work on it yet.

Thanks for the hint, but I don't think that applies to the "overall view" of views and earnings on the http://contributor.veer.com/dashboard/stats page - above the diagrams, not below? Anyway, nothing changes when use the maximum time span ???

The numbers on top of the page don't change, but just right to the date fields you will see the correct amount.

I just re-tested it and yes, it changes the total number under the 'statistics' panel, by the words 'Gross Earnings'.

If yours isn't changing with the maximum time span then I'm sorry this info wasn't helpful in this case.  I hope Brian or contributor support can help you out.

Yes, they do change - but I was talking about the "Royalties" display above the statistics panel. This shows your 'lifetime earnings' as far as I can tell. Thanks for checking again, though  :)

Just to clarify (because I'm not sure my wording was clear enough - but I hope this is):

The 'Gross Earnings' below the statistics panel gives you your lifetime earnings, when you apply the maximum date range to it.

The royalties figure above the statistics panel is not displaying your lifetime earnings, but is reflecting a moving date range set by Veer.  This is confusing a number of people, as it can appear that we've lost money when we haven't.  Veer have acknowledged that this  is a problem, and are going to change it to reflect lifetime earnings vs unpaid balance.

i would like to set it default as table, the graph is useless.. i don't see it helping anything.

Yes, I also like the table better. One thing I cannot figure out is how much more I have to earn to make to next payout. There is no record of payments sent. The earnings figure does not reset once payment is sent, like most other sites do.
