Hi all!
I know there was another similar thread, but it was a bit old so am starting it a fresh... I cannot upload my 10 test images via browser. Have tried for a couple of weeks now, and almost everytime it uploads BUT then it says the file could not be processed - unknown error. Have tried to write to them but no reply. Anyone knows what to do?
Anne

I've been having the same problem with certain files since December - they upload but then can't be processed.  It has always been a few files from a batch, not all of them.  I've tried to find something in common with the files that can't be processed but so far can't find a link - they are not different in size, file name or anything else I can tell from others in the same batch that go through.  So far it's only been with files from my Canon 600D (T3i) - I use a 500D to shoot isolations and those have always gone through.  I've thought about trying to downsize or do something else to see if it would make a difference but sales on Veer are so low that I can't be bothered for only one agency.  Hopefully someone else will know what is going on - sorry to hear you're having the problem, but I'm glad to know it isn't just me.

That's what I've been getting since last NOVEMBER. It's now nearly the end of March. I test it each week and two or three images did get through. I emailed them before Christmas and got a reply from Ryan saying they were aware of the issue and were working on it. How it can be taking so long I have no idea. What sort of agency doesn't want their uploader working? What's more all my failed upload tests are costing me broadband data. Thanks for starting a fresh thread about this. Kind regards, David.

Thanks... guess there is nothing to do... I also upload very randomly. These are my testimages... Wonder how i will work through my other 400 pics. Maybe the ftp would work better...

It would be nice if they dropped in here and commented - but the old great communications days seem to be long gone. How about putting that right Brian? Regards, David.

Long time ago I tried to upload via FTP and there was error every time so I upload via browser. Speed of uploading is some horror, so I stoped uploading for few months. Today wanted to give us some chance and try upload... want to upload 67 files but it stops after 1-19 files... it just doesn't work!

Dear veer, how can I upload images with not loosing my time for trying upload again and again? When the FTP or browser will work normally?

Haven't been able to upload to Veer for the last few weeks. Some images goes through the system, but some don't. They either say it's an error, or they get stuck in uploading the first image. I hope they fix this soon... :(

I emailed them again in May asking if there was any progress on fixing this. They replied that, sadly, no and they were hoping a forthcoming site re-launch would resolve the issue. Well here we are in August and still the same problem. I've managed to get maybe 5 or 6 through out of multiple attempts since last November. Frustrating. Regards, David.
