I'm trying to join VB but can't get past the ID section of the sign up process. Ive provided both jpeg and pdf scans of my passport but each time, I get an 'unknown error.' Both file types are very small - under 1MB. Anyone know of a solution?

It worked today so all good. I just uploaded a wildlife video so I'll wait and see if it gets accepted.

There was an issue yesterday - all my videos were rejected with a processing error, but they told me they fixed the problem last night. That could have been your problem as well.

Ah that seems likely. I was worried that my video upload would experience the same problem but it went through fine.
