Hi guys
Have u ever been rejected due to wrong res?
My video actually had been rendered 3840x2160 n accepted at pond5 n ss with no problem at all
But the same video batch rejected at videoblocls due to they detect my res as 3840x2162.222

Du u hv any idea how to resolve this issue?

Yeah I have the same problem. It's caused by updating to the latest versions of FCP X and Compressor. It's a VB's problem and they are aware of it but don't know when it will be fixed. In the meantime I've been re-exporting my files using MPEG Streamclip and that solves the problem but unfortunately that software strips out the metadata so I've been using a CSV at VB's for the past couple of weeks.
