About a month ago I sent an email to Zym asking them to remove my images and close my account.
A few days later I recieved an email saying that it was done, and I really can't log into the site.
Today I googled my username there and found that 4 of my images are still there.
I can't even know wether they were sold while I couldn't check, or why they didn't delete those with the rest of my portfolio.

so if you asked Zym to close your account, go and check for "leftover" images.

Dear Lior,

We are in the business of putting images online, not offline. Nonetheless, in the case of an account closure, you can be sure your account is closed and images are removed within 10 days as per our membership agreement. Google keeps cached copies of everything on the internet, therefore this may be what you have seen. We are not responsible for cached content on search engines.

You cannot login, because you asked for your account to be closed, is there a misunderstanding?

what I see is not a chaced page. it's a pge on your site with my images on it.
I don't complain for no being able to log in, I do complain about leaving my images there after emailing me that they are all off the site.

Not true.
I asked to close my account one month ago and I can still log in. My images are there too.
Please close my account !

Done deal. Please note if you fill in junk info in your membership signup (you seem to have used a fake name), things may become difficult when we try to assist you.

No problem here. This morning I asked for closing my account and for my payout.
In the next few hours my pictures were gone in my account,my login gone and already have my payout message from paypal.
The only thing is the little tumbs are still visible but it always take time to remove those things.
So thanks Zymmetrical for the quick respons to my request.

you have to give them some time to get your images off their inventory.
just like it takes time before any accepted images in online.

i think that if you see your images on google, it's an old page.
i have many websites for my artwork (photos, blogs, music, etc..) and i can still find them on google, even if they have been long gone and deleted.

we cannot forget that we are not the only contributors to a site, whether it is zymmetrical, or istock or whatnot. so give them some leeway.
what's the harm of waiting?
