I haven't had that happen to me. I don't upload to them no longer. I've had 77 images waiting to get reviewed for a long time now. nothing going on there . It's pretty dead.

I just joined and uploaded first 5 images 2 days ago. Yes, they sort of dissapeared. If I looked in the queue they were not there but there is also an error displayed. But today I see that 4 of the 5 have been approved. I guess they were approved becuase I can now add keywords and change prices. The other 1 does not show in the queue and I still get the error message.

There are also prices assigned to each photo and they vary significantly. It looks like they must initially assign a suggested price and then you can change it if you want. I will have to check on that.

I've been also getting "Module Load Warning
One or more of the modules on this page did not load. This may be temporary. Please refresh the page (click F5 in most browsers). If the problem persists, please let the Site Administrator know."

when trying to go into the "queued submissions" area where it shows 8 files but I've uploaded far more than that which have goine into a void so it seems ...

I'm a little concerned and won't try uploading any further until I hear back from support who I've emailed with the problems.

It is still in Beta after all ...

Hi Guys,

Mark - I did respond to your inquiry via email, did you not receive it?    In a nutshell, around the time you made your specific uploads we had to reset the servers as they were getting hammered by a bad robot from somewhere in Asia- after installing some new security methods (which required rebooting the servers), things are good to go again.  If you were in process of uploading during that time the files definitely wouldn't have been received.

Gary - Things are very much accelerating, if you look at the photo pages you will see dozens are being added daily. In fact just yesterday we started training our first new photo editor. Each photo approval takes X amount of time by a trained professional to evaluate, and we have DVD's, uploads, and Hard drives full of content coming in daily .. and there is no way we are going to cut corners on quality.

Sbonk - There are only 3 states for the files: Waiting, Rejected, Approved.  Approved submissions are no longer submissions but live files, so they go to the Art Manager page.   I will check it out and try to find this error message you mention.

Sorry guys, I visited http://www.zymmetrical.com/account/submissions/ and saw that indeed there was an error preventing the display of your Submission status. It is now fixed.

Thanks for speaking up on it, we do review our error logs and would have caught this but the human method is much more effective.  ;)

Hi

I did upload 109 pictures quite a while ago, but they don't show up in the Submission status, but when I connect with the FTP software I can see them on your server.

They have been sitting ther for several weeks, is that normal?

Thanks

Looks like they didn't get picked up by the automatic harvester- I will get those ones in today.

Thanks

I now can get to the queue and see my photos. The error is gone. I also see the approved status. Not being able to see these photos before and the associated status is why I was a little confused.

I'm off to upload some more.

things are moving to slow there. In order for me to  continue uploading and the review process faster I need to see more sales.

Thanks for your response. I found your email in the junk folder and have now marked it as "not spam." Thank you for your efforts. I was able to view my submissions as the error is no longer there. Thanks !

I will also start uploading once again the images that might have been lost during the server reset and seey how it goes.

So far I like what I've seen from all of the features on your website so please keep up the great development work !

Mark
