Have you ever happen at 123rf to see the earning counter to be decreased of few dollars without that any refunds event happened???

yes, when I recorded the totals for last month I had more money and one less sale than they are reporting for January now.

I asked about it but I don't really expect anything other than them telling me "what you see now is correct".

no always had refunds in red.....but backdated to when the error occurred as far as I remember

Yes

123rf online reporting is pretty buggy. A few months ago my reported income for the month was posted as $0. They did send me the money earned though which they do automatically.
