Second communication - their changed system doesn't work. No mail with a link after payment demand, only promises. Does somebody else have such problem?

The same thing happened to me few weeks ago. After several e-mails without any results they offered me to confirm the payment for me. They did it and I got paid. For the next payment everything was OK and I received the confirmation email.

Ive emailed them about this but no reply
Lousy customer service, they dont care about contributers
Why is it that these glitches ALWAYS affect only the contributers ?

I'm exeperiencing this now with deposite photos. No email confirmation and I'm not geting a response or paid.

I've got exactly the same issue. I've sent three emails since last week and had three responses from them saying the issue is fixed...but it isn't.

probably because they have an upcoming tax payment on their revenue, or other large bill they can't pay. they might be intentionally delaying paying photographers and other providers.

next employees won't get paid.

I just requested a payout too.  No e-mail confirmation or other indication that it is moving forward.  I requested one from DT the same day and that is on its way.  One agency is legitimate the other one not so much.

Check your spam folder, I received the email instantly, like three days ago.

I must correct my earlier statement. I requested payment on January 31st and everything seemed normal and as usual - until just now. I went to my dashboard only to notice that my earnings are back to the number it was when I requested my payment, as if my payment request had been cancelled....

Check your tax form if it has expired or not. That usually is the cause of the cancellation.

I had to modify my tax status and instead of uploading my ID, I had to send my certificate of incorporation/company registration through [email protected]. I tried 3 times for 3 weeks to get a follow-up with them. I can't cash out because of this.

This is the message in the Tax Center web page:

Your Tax Status:
If you are entity, please provide us with your certificate of incorporation/company registration certificate. Please send the document to [email protected] Please delete all information from the line Business name.

I never received the e-mail - just checked my spam folder to be sure - and haven't received my payment.  The one I requested from DT the same day arrived in PayPal quickly.

I received my payment today. Slower than usual but Depositphotos has never been a serious problem. I've been with them since 2012 and now receive 3-4 payments a year.
