I've already received my code, but my girlfriend who also submits stock footage has just hit 300 videos accepted (she thinks). How long from having 300 videos accepted do you receive the email with the code? Since it's getting close to the end of the year, she wants to make sure that she doesn't accidentally miss the bonus because she has didn't have enough videos or some other reason.

I hit it early last week and got my code Tuesday.

I hit 300 on Dec 9th.  Should I have already gotten mine?  Just checked my email...no code.   
I did an email search for "adobe" and their "get it for 2 weeks free" spam comes up just fine.   

My girlfriend found her email. It was in her spam folder.

I just went to redeem my code from 2018 but it says it has expired The email I got back then said I had until July 2021 to redeem it. Is it possible to get it renewed or did I miss out?

Still no code.  Maybe they are backlogged by all the people trying to "get in under the wire" before Dec 31st.

They reviewed my 33 submitted images on Dec 31th and a day later a few more. Unfortunately, those shots reviewed by the next day hit that magical 300. Just my luck again.

Drop AS an email to explain. It came up a little while back and it was an error. They'll check their records an if confirmed, re-issue a new code to you. Happened to me and a few others.

Send a ticket via the contact us page found at the bottom of the Adobe Stock Contributor Portal and we'll take a look for you. If you qualified, the code most likely landed in your spam folder.

I never got mine (or it went into SPAM). i just sent them a mail at customer service and got my code. Was very easy to use on my existing account.

On December 27th, I had 300 videos and yesterday I received All Apps code and link by email and immediately activated it. Please do this every year. Thank you so much. 

Yay, out of the blue, I got my code yesterday! Actually I didn't expect that, because I thought my chance had gone. A very classy move by Adobe - thank you very much, I really appreciate it!

A question for Mat:

I was keywording a bunch of images today that I uploaded in 2019 but did not finish tagging, so they were still in my "to submit" queue. If Adobe has the Creative Cloud Bonus Program again in 2020, will those images be counted as 2020 uploads? I hope to add a lot more than 300 images in 2020, assuming I will qualify for illustrative editorial during the year, but you never know, and I want to keep track properly for this year. Thanks.

It's a good question. I think the system that automatically determines who is qualified would not count those images. Not 100% sure on that though. Why cut it so close? Keep uploading all year long!

It's not a great idea to keep uploaded content unsubmitted in general. The system looks at the upload date to determine where it's at in search. If it sits in your queue for 6 months, the system will see it as a 6 month old photo with no view or download history which implies it's not good and pushed it deeper into search. It's easier said than done I know, I've got files that have been sitting in my queue for a VERY long time.

still haven't received bonus for my 300 videos accepted in november 2019. I got for images because I have 300 images accepted in february 2019.

are adobe still sending them or should I contact them?

I also still did't receive any code, I had already more than 320 at the beginning of December...

I've been told that all emails have been sent. Still havent received mine but i have contacted support and will let you know when i get mine.

If anyone havent received theirs it's time to contact them.

It is the last year code, at least in my case. When I tried to use it, it has alerted me that it was already activated in the past.

It works quite easily - click the button next to the number, copy and paste the number, fill in - done
