Did anybody else contact support? What they asnwered?
I just receive their respond "quite quickly" . I written about the problems whit the search engine. Explaining in details what was the general issue...
EX: When searching for traffic lights, there's only a bunch on a hundred who's really traffic lights. EX2: We can find the files under a couple of keywords and most of the rest not, independently of their order.
Finally I was having a 35 lines in 8 paragraph's text, eplaining multiples things that they might look at.
They responded that whitout a file ID they can't help me!!?
The exact reason that I didn't give them a file ID is that they will probably fix the problem only for this particular picture and then say "Good we have done our job".
They don't seem to catch that the problem is bigger than a simple file issue, each time that I take time to search one of my picture I discover that I can't tell how the designers find it. But as I categorised Fotolia as a small earner I will not take the time to explain them every single file that have an issue... I will take that time to create some lightbox on Istock
