Author Topic: Late discovery of changes Fotolia to Adobe  (Read 1725 times)

Hi! I hope i can post this without too many "Oh my god"... And i tried to search before i posted, i promise!

Anyhow: For several reasons, I have been ignoring my stock ambitions for a long time. When i now tried to look up what has happened with my portfolios, I discovered that Fotolia has been absorbed into Adobe.

I am trying to find a log in, but i just cant find a way. I try to log in with my old log in details but not managing. Does anyone have a support email that i can write to? When i try to click on the support links on the adobe sites, they want me to create an account. But i must already have an account, where my old Fotolia portfolio now is. Funnily enough, I am receiving emails to my email address with sales stats, but there is no way to use these emails to contact someone.

Really grateful for any help!

I think the way you did the sync (it was a while ago and I may not remember correctly) was that you logged in to your Adobe account and then were offered the option to sync and enter your Fotolia credentials. There are threads here about that process; for example:
