Hi,
When I first did the sync on the Adobe site it got all my information from Fotolia, including address, and tax info.
I went to look at it now, and I see my illustrations are there, but on contributgor info, only my name is there...No address, no tax form....

Do i have to fill that in, I thought it came from Fotolia?  I just don't want the 1099 to get messed up like what happened with 123 RF.

You may have accidentally synced with the wrong account. Your tax form should have carried over to the Adobe Stock Contributor portal if is is valid in your synced Fotolia account.

Please send me an email directly with your Adobe ID and your Fotolia account number or login name and I'll take a look for you.

kind regards,

I doubt that is the case. I only have one account to sync and my info is all missing from Adobe as well.
I tried to add my address but the Country field won't accept changes - it stays at 'Select Country' no dropdown list is available.

My info is still there but my sales page is empty since yesterday. It says " You have no sales" while I sold 14 photos and the amount is still visible.. I'm talking about Adobe Stock now.

There is no need to panic, (or create panic for that matter). The site is not yet fully functional. We check our sales on FT but as you said on the other thread, you have no FT account, so you'll have to wait. In my experience nothing ever went missing on FT/Adobe.

Some really irritating issues with the Adobe search

It keeps defaulting to video and ignoring images I have to keep clicking all or images category.

Keeps asking me if my spelling was right and switching the search results to what it thinks the spelling should be.

More worrying is that I see Adobe are using partial controlled vocabulary.  Specialist keywords are not showing at all in the search results.  Even though they show up in Fotolia searches.

Common keywords for example "bread" is being replaced by "bakery goods" if you look for a loaf of bread the keyword bread does not show up.
