Hi,
Apparently my Firefly bonus is "lost".
I get a large blue banner displaying the amount that was supposed to be paid  on September 17 but there is not payment on this day. This amount was not added to other requested payments and not added to the total balance.
I cannot figure out how to claim this money.
Anyone in this case?
