Author Topic: newly accepted images cant be found by keywords?  (Read 4457 times)

I noticed few days ago I got accepted some new images, 3 days later still cant be found by keywords, search engine not indexing them. Is it just me, or anybody else? I wrote to support, but they didnt get what was I talking about.

Mine accepted on Monday are searchable just fine.

Thats weird. I got accepted about 30 new since monday, and they are not searcheable by ANY of keywords. The same situation is with my friend. So I know it is not just me.

are you on USA zone?

I wrote to support, but they didnt get what was I talking about.

Well, they have a malfunctioning cyborg at support department that is on an auto mode "I'm sorry, wha'?". It happened to me in the past exactly the same, for exactly the same problem.

ok, it is fixed now. and I got reply from FT:

You just have to write the right mail with a lot of details, almost to draw the problem I guess... :D
