Insider info : Adobe is facing a huge dropdown number of uploads in safe and professionals vector queues ( adobe created those two moderation categories for contributors with big sales and high acceptance rates ).
It seems that "organic" vector creators are sick of watching how vector collection is drowned by ai garbage accepted without being marked as Ai.
Also it has to have an effect on sales which are dropping down for sure.

My opinion, as vector contributor is that there are two reasons for this :

1) Lot of those - looking for easy money Ai garbage "creators" - are from third world countries and they simply lack a knowledge of English language so they can't even read where to submit their content or can't understand that they MUST mark it as Ai. Simply, they can't read it and don't understand what they should do.

2) Adobe moderators are not capable of seeing the difference between ai  "vector" and a real one. With photos differences are obvious but in case of vectors, moderators should be experienced vector creators which we all know that they are NOT. 
( insider info 2 - adobe instructed them that they should NOT mark vector as ai or to refuse them because they are not marked as Ai, in case they suspect that it isn't organic if they are not 100% sure that it is ai    ) 

Considering all that I'm thinking about to stop upload my vectors to Adobe and try iStock exclusive ( they still not accepting ai garbage and their collection is still not infected with it )
